Description
エンジンと、
前記エンジンのクランキングが可能であると共に前記エンジンの動力を用いて発電可能な第1モータと、
走行用の動力を出力する第2モータと、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりを行なうバッテリと、
運転者の操作に基づいて前記エンジン,前記第1モータ,前記第2モータの駆動指令を設定すると共に前記駆動指令に基づいて前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを制御するハイブリッド制御手段と、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段と通信すると共に前記駆動指令に基づいて前記エンジンを制御するエンジン制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記エンジン制御手段は、前記ハイブリッド制御手段との通信に異常が生じている状態で前記エンジンがクランキングされたときには前記エンジンを始動する異常時始動制御を実行する手段であり、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段は、前記エンジン制御手段との通信に異常が生じたときには、前記エンジンがクランキングされるよう前記第1モータを制御する異常時クランキング制御を実行し、前記異常時クランキング制御により前記エンジンが始動しないときには、前記第2モータからの動力だけで走行するよう前記第2モータを制御する異常時電動走行制御を実行する手段である、
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンのクランキングが可能であると共に前記エンジンの動力を用いて発電可能な第1モータと、
前記第1モータの回転軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
走行用の動力を出力する第2モータと、
前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりを行なうバッテリと、
運転者の操作に基づいて前記エンジン,前記第1モータ,前記第2モータの駆動指令を設定すると共に前記駆動指令に基づいて前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを制御するハイブリッド制御手段と、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段と通信すると共に前記駆動指令に基づいて前記エンジンを制御するエンジン制御手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記エンジン制御手段は、前記ハイブリッド制御手段との通信に異常が生じている状態で前記エンジンがクランキングされたときには前記エンジンを始動する異常時始動制御を実行する手段であり、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段は、前記エンジン制御手段との通信に異常が生じたときには、前記エンジンがクランキングされて所定回転数以上で回転するように前記第1モータの目標回転数を前記第2モータの回転数と前記所定回転数とにより計算すると共に前記第1モータの回転数が前記目標回転数以上となるまで前記第1モータを制御する異常時クランキング制御を実行し、前記異常時クランキング制御により前記エンジンが始動したときには、前記エンジンに負荷を作用させることによる前記第1モータの発電を伴って走行するよう前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する異常時ハイブリッド走行制御を実行し、前記異常時クランキング制御により前記エンジンが始動しないときには、前記第2モータからの動力だけで走行するよう前記第2モータを制御する異常時電動走行制御を実行する手段であり、
更に、
前記エンジン制御手段は、前記異常時始動制御の実行により前記エンジンを始動したときには、所定スロットル開度未満の範囲内で前記エンジンが所定回転数で運転するように制御する手段であり、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段は、前記異常時ハイブリッド走行制御として、前記エンジンに所定範囲内の負荷を作用させるように前記第1モータを制御すると共に運転者のアクセル操作に基づく要求トルクにできるだけ近いトルクが前記駆動軸に出力されるように前記第2モータを制御する手段である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段は、前記異常時クランキング制御の後に前記第1モータのクランキングトルクを小さくしたときに前記第1モータの回転数が前記エンジンの回転数が小さくなる方向に所定回転数以上変化したときには前記エンジンは始動していないと判断し、前記異常時電動走行制御を実行する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段は、前記異常時クランキング制御の後に前記第1モータのクランキングトルクを小さくしたときに前記第1モータの回転数が維持されたときには前記エンジンが始動したと判断する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記ハイブリッド制御手段は、前記異常時ハイブリッド走行制御による走行後に前記エンジンの運転を停止するときには、前記エンジンの回転数が閾値未満となるように前記第1モータから前記エンジンの回転を小さくするのに十分なトルクを出力する手段であり、
前記エンジン制御手段は、前記エンジンの回転数が前記閾値未満に至ったときに前記エンジンの運転を停止する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。
