Description
二の除湿ロータ1、4の再生空気が加熱され、合流して放熱用凝縮器17に供給して、余剰の熱が放熱される。冷媒流量調整用の圧力調整弁19は、第三のヒータ14の入口側に設けているが、第二のヒータ13の入口側に設けてもよく、両方に設けてもよい。その後、液化された冷媒は膨張弁18で減圧膨張され、第二のクーラ8に用いる蒸発器に供給されて処理空気を冷却して、圧縮機16に戻って循環系を形成する。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも再生ゾーンと吸着ゾーンとの2つのゾーンに分割された第一の除湿ロータと、少なくとも再生ゾーンと吸着ゾーンの2つに分割された第二の除湿ロータとを有し、外気を第一のクーラで冷却除湿して前記第一の除湿ロータの吸着ゾーンに通過させ、前記第一の除湿ロータの吸着ゾーンを通過した空気をヒートポンプの蒸発器を用いた第二のクーラで冷却して、前記第二の除湿ロータの吸着ゾーンを通過させて、前記ヒートポンプの凝縮器を用いた第一のヒータで温度調節して供給空気として供給先に供給し、前記供給先からの還気を前記第一の除湿ロータの吸着ゾーンを通過した空気と混合し、前記第二の除湿ロータの吸着ゾーンを通過した空気の一部を分岐し、前記ヒートポンプの凝縮器を用いた第二のヒータで加熱して第二の除湿ロータの再生ゾーンに通し、前記第二の除湿ロータの再生ゾーンを通過した空気を前記ヒートポンプの凝縮器を用いた第三のヒータで加熱して前記第一の除湿ロータの再生ゾーンに通すようにし、前記第一のヒータ、第二のヒータ、第三のヒータである凝縮器の冷媒流路を並列にしたことを特徴とする除湿装置。
- 前記第二のヒータと第三のヒータである凝縮器の冷媒流路を直列にしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- 前記第二のヒータである凝縮器と、並列に設置された前記第一のヒータと第三のヒータである凝縮器の冷媒流路を、直列にしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- 前記第二のクーラである蒸発器と前記第一のクーラである蒸発器の冷媒流路を並列にしたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の除湿装置。
- 前記第一のヒータ、第二のヒータ、第三のヒータである凝縮器入口と前記第一のクーラである蒸発器入口の間にホットガス回路を設け、排気EAの出口と外気OAの入口の間に循環路を設けて、排気EAの一部または全量を前記第一のクーラの蒸発器入口に戻すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の除湿装置。
- 前記第二のクーラである蒸発器と前記第一のクーラである蒸発器の冷媒流路を並列にし、前記第二のヒータである凝縮器の冷媒流路と、並列にされた前記第一のヒータと第三のヒータである凝縮器の冷媒流路を、直列にし、前記並列にされた前記第一のヒータと第三のヒータである凝縮器入口と前記第一のクーラである蒸発器入口の間にホットガス回路を設け、排気EAの出口と外気OAの入口の間に循環路を設けて、排気EAの一部または全量を前記第一のクーラの蒸発器入口に戻すようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- 前記第一のヒータの温度調節機構として、凝縮器の入口側に供給先の温度によって冷媒の流量を変える流量調節装置を設置したことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の除湿装置。
- 前記第一のヒータ、第二のヒータ、第三のヒータの凝縮器の下流側に放熱用凝縮器を設置し、前記ヒートポンプの圧縮機出口の冷媒圧力を計測する圧力検出装置を設け、前記圧力検出装置からの信号で、前記放熱用凝縮器のファンの回転数を制御することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の除湿装置。
