Description
ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの上部に結合され下方に継ぎ手管を形成したキャップとを有し、
前記ハウジングは、上側のヘッドと前記ヘッドから下方に突出した連結管とからなり、
前記ヘッドの内部の挿入孔と連結管との間に係止顎が形成され、
前記キャップの継ぎ手管を前記ヘッドの挿入孔に挿入時、前記キャップの継ぎ手管の下部と前記ヘッドの係止顎との間に上部電極と下部電極が結合され、そして、
前記上部電極と下部電極との間には隔膜が介在することを特徴とする水素発生ユニットの構成である。

Claims (3)
- 水素水製造用の水素発生ユニットであって、
ハウジングと、前記ハウジングの上部に結合され下方に継ぎ手管を形成したキャップとを有し、
前記ハウジングは、上側のヘッドと前記ヘッドから下方に突出した連結管とからなり、
前記ヘッドの内部の挿入孔と連結管との間に係止顎が形成され、
前記キャップの継ぎ手管を前記ヘッドの挿入孔に挿入時、前記キャップの継ぎ手管の下部と前記ヘッドの係止顎との間に上部電極と下部電極が結合され、
前記上部電極と下部電極との間には隔膜が介在され、
前記ヘッドの外周面にヘッドの上面から下方に窪むように形成された凹面が各々形成され、
前記凹面の下部にヘッドの内部の挿入孔空間からヘッドの外周面を貫通する貫通口が各々形成され、
前記上部電極の電極端子と下部電極の電極端子が各々ヘッドの貫通口を通してヘッドの外部に露出し、
前記上部電極および下部電極は各々円形の平板形状のプレートを有しており、そして、
前記プレートの中央部分にはコンパクトな間隔で形成された複数の気孔が各々形成される構成を特徴とする、前記水素発生ユニット。 - 前記上部電極または下部電極は、気孔の直径が0.8φ(mm)〜1.2φ(mm)であり、気孔の個数が109個〜217個に形成される構成を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生ユニット。
- 前記係止顎に漏水防止用の内部O−リングが設けられる構成を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の水素発生ユニット。
