Claims (5)
- 水を電解して還元水素水を作る電極ユニットを内部に備える容器ユニットと、
前記容器ユニットが着脱自在にセットされ、電極端子を介して前記電極ユニットに電解波形を供給する制御ユニットと
から構成され、
前記容器ユニットを、容器と、前記電極ユニットと、該電極ユニットを前記容器の底部開口に水密的に螺着する取付リング板とからなる分離構造としたことを特徴とする容器分離型還元水素水生成装置。 - 前記容器ユニットが、前記容器に上端開口部および注ぎ口が形成され、前記電極ユニットの差し替え無しに還元水素水の注ぎ替えを可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器分離型還元水素水生成装置。
- 前記容器ユニットおよび前記制御ユニットの接合面に位置決め用溝および位置決め用突部を設け、前記制御ユニットに対する前記容器ユニットのセット位置を180度対向する2個所に限定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の容器分離型還元水素水生成装置。
- 前記容器ユニットにマグネットを容器タイプに応じて位置が異なるように配設するとともに、前記容器ユニットのマグネットの配設位置に対向する前記制御ユニットの位置に近接スイッチを配設し、前記近接スイッチが前記マグネットを検出しなかったときには前記容器ユニットが前記制御ユニットに対して正常にセットされないと判断して還元を行えないようにし、前記近接スイッチが前記マグネットを検出したときには該マグネットの配設位置に応じて前記容器ユニットの容器タイプを判別し、前記容器ユニットの容器タイプに応じて還元条件を変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の容器分離型還元水素水生成装置。
- 前記近接スイッチを一対設け、両方の近接スイッチがマグネットを検出しなかったときには還元を行えないようにし、一方の近接スイッチのみがマグネットを検出したときには前記容器ユニットの容器タイプを第1の容器タイプとし、他方の近接スイッチがマグネットを検出したときには前記容器ユニットの容器タイプを第2の容器タイプとし、両方の近接スイッチがマグネットを検出したときには前記容器ユニットの容器タイプを第3の容器タイプとすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の容器分離型還元水素水生成装置。
