Description
Claims (9)
- 二つの管(6,18)のフランジ付けされた管端部(8,17)を接続するためのねじ接続装置であって、フランジ付けされた管端部(8,17)を有する二つの管(6,18)、ねじ(2)、雌ねじ(3)及びスペーサ要素(20)を有するものであって、
雌ねじ(3)が、前方側の開口部(4)を有し、この前方側の開口部(4)から、好ましくはシリンダ状の収容空間(7)が、雌ねじ(3)の後方側の開口部(5)の方へと延在し、
雌ねじ(3)の収容空間側の表面(11)が、ねじ山部分(10)を有し、このねじ山部分が、内側ねじ山(12)として形成されており、および前方側の開口部(4)から出発し、後方側の開口部(5)の方へと収容空間内で一節ずつ延在しており、
後方側の開口部(5)が、雌ねじ(3)の後方側の隔壁(30)内に設けられており、この後方側の隔壁(30)が、収容空間側の接続面(29)を備えており、
予備組立状態で雌ねじ(3)内に、スペーサ要素(20)と第一のフランジ部(9)を有する第一の管端部(6)が収容可能であり、
内側ねじ山(12)のねじプロフィルが、以下の条件、つまり、予備組立てされた状態でスペーサ要素(20)が第一のフランジ部(9)と内側ねじ山(12)の間に失われることがないよう、および所定の遊びをもって収容空間(7)内に保持されるという条件のもと、収容空間(7)内へと延在しており、
ねじ(2)内に、第二のフランジ部(19)を有する第二の管端部(18)が保持可能であり、
ねじ(2)の雌ねじ(3)内へのねじ込みによって、組み立てられた状態が確立されることが可能であり、
第二のフランジ部(19)が、組らてられた状態で、以下のように作動力をねじ(2)により付勢されることが可能である、つまり、第二のフランジ部(19)がスペーサ要素(20)のシール面(第二のシール面)(25)に対して、およびスペーサ要素(20)が別のシール面(第一のシール面)(24)でもって、第一のフランジ部(9)に対して、以下のように押圧される、つまり第一のフランジ部(9)の後方側の当接面(28)が、組み立てられた状態で雌ねじ(3)の接触面(29)に対して押圧されるよう付勢されることが可能であり、
スペーサ要素(20)が、収容空間(7)の軸方向又は長手方向(14)のみで可動であるという条件のもとで収容空間(7)内に保持されていることを特徴とするねじ接続装置。 - ねじ山部分(10)が、収容空間(7)の軸方向長さの一部分のみにわたって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ接続装置。
- ねじ山部分(10)に、ねじ山の無い好ましくは円筒形状の部分(13)が続き、このねじ山の無い部分(13)が、接続面(29)まで延在していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のねじ接続装置。
- 組み立てられた状態を確立するために、ねじ(2)が雌ねじ(3)内へとねじ込み可能であるよりも更に、ねじ山部分(10)が収容空間(7)内に広がっていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のねじ接続装置。
- スペーサ要素(20)が、少なくとも部分的に好ましくは円筒形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のねじ接続装置。
- スペーサ要素が、外側ねじ山(22)を有し、この外側ねじ山が、雌ねじ(3)の内側ねじ山と補完的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のねじ接続装置。
- スペーサ要素(20)が、ふくれ部を備え、このふくれ部が、半径方向にスペーサ要素(20)の外側面(21)を越えて突出していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のねじ接続装置。
- 半径方向のふくれ部が、スペーサ要素(20)の長手方向において、中央または略中央にて側面(21)から突出していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のねじ接続装置。
- 半径方向のふくれ部が、ふくれ部の側面側の基礎部分から出発して、収容空間(7)の内側の表面(11)の方へと細くなっていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のねじ接続装置。
