Description
Claims (11)
- 水溜め部と、
凍結プレートと、
前記製氷機の動作を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、入力信号の提供及び前記制御装置の出力信号に対する応答の少なくとも一方を行う複数の構成要素に接続され、
前記構成要素は、水供給弁と、冷凍圧縮機と、水循環ポンプと、圧力センサとを含むリストから選択され、
前記圧力センサには、空気配管の一端部が接続され、使用時に、前記空気配管の他端部は、前記水溜め部内の水の中に沈められて、前記圧力センサが前記水溜め部の水位を検知し、
前記制御装置は、顕熱冷却期間中に前記水溜め部の水位が許容可能な範囲を超えて変化したとき、漏れを検知し、潜熱冷却期間中に前記水溜め部の水位が減少するとき、漏れを検知しないように構成されている、製氷機。 - 回収サイクルを開始する回収ソレノイドと、
凍結サイクルの終了時に前記水溜め部を排水する排出ソレノイドと、
を更に備え、
前記回収ソレノイドと前記排出ソレノイドとは、前記制御装置に接続されている、請求項1に記載の製氷機。 - 前記圧力センサは、モノリシックシリコン圧力センサで形成されるピエゾ抵抗変換器である、請求項1又は2に記載の製氷機。
- 前記圧力センサは、前記水溜め部の水の加圧力に比例するアナログ出力信号を提供するために歪みゲージを使用する、請求項3に記載の製氷機。
- 前記空気配管に閉じ込められた空気の圧力が、前記空気配管が沈められる水によって生じる圧力によって増加する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記冷凍圧縮機及び前記水溜め部から前記凍結プレートに水を汲み上げる前記水循環ポンプを駆動又は停止させることによって凍結サイクルを開始又は終了させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機。
- 前記圧力センサは、前記水溜め部が所望の水位に達したときに前記水供給弁を閉塞するタイミングを制御する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機。
- 前記圧力センサは、全ての残留水が前記水溜め部から排出されたときを特定する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機。
- 前記圧力センサは、前記水溜め部の水位が許容可能な範囲を超えて増加又は減少したことを示す、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記水位が許容できない量まで増加又は減少したとき、前記冷凍圧縮機及び前記水循環ポンプを停止し、漏れを示すエラー通知を提供する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の製氷機を用いて回収サイクルを開始するタイミングを制御可能に判断する方法。
