Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 製氷機を制御する方法は、
前記製氷機の水溜め部を水で充填するステップと、
角氷を作るために凍結プレートを横切るように水を滝のように流すステップと、
推定される水の顕熱冷却期間中に前記水溜め部の水位が減少したか否かを検知するステップと、
前記顕熱冷却期間中に前記水溜め部の水位が予め決められた量を超えて変化したことを検知した場合、前記製氷機に異常が存在することを通知するステップと、
を含む。 - 前記水溜め部を充填するステップは、
水流入弁を開放するステップと、
前記水溜め部の水位を検知するステップと、
前記水溜め部の水位が所望のレベルに達したとき、前記水流入弁を閉じるステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記異常が存在することを通知するステップは、
前記顕熱冷却期間中に前記水溜め部の水位が予め決められた量よりも減少したことを検知した場合、前記製氷機内に漏れが存在することを通知するステップ、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記異常が存在することを通知するステップは、
前記顕熱冷却期間中に前記水溜め部の水位が予め決められた量よりも増加したことを検知した場合、前記製氷機内に異常が存在することを通知するステップ、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記異常が通知された場合、予め決められた期間待機するステップと、
前記水溜め部の水位が予め決められた量を超えて変化することを未だに検知するか否かを再判断するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予め決められた期間待機するステップ及び前記水溜め部の水位が予め決められた量を超えて変化することを未だに検知するか否かを再判断するステップの後、前記水位が予め決められた量より少ない場合、
a.異常が存在することを通知するステップを行わない、及び、
b.以前に提供した異常の通知を削除する、
ことを含む群から選択されたステップ、
を更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記予め決められた期間待機するステップ及び前記水溜め部の水位が予め決められた量を超えて変化することを未だに検知するか否かを再判断するステップの後、前記水位が予め決められた量より少ない場合、
a.異常の通知を提供し続ける、及び、
b.異常が存在することを最初に通知する、
ことを含む群から選択されたステップ、
を更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記顕熱冷却期間が満了した場合、水位が予め決められた回収レベルまで低下したか否かを判断するために前記水溜め部の水位を監視するステップと、
前記水位が予め決められた回収レベルまで低下したとき、回収サイクルを開始するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
