Claims (10)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製の管状体である内層と、熱可塑性樹脂製の管状体であって前記内層の外表面に接する外層と、を有するカテーテルであって、
前記内層に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれるとともに、前記内層を前記カテーテルの径方向外側へ導出させる間隙を備える補強部材を有し、
前記内層は、前記間隙から前記径方向外側へ突出しつつ前記カテーテルの軸方向へ延在して前記補強部材の径方向外側に位置するとともに前記外層へ食い込む突出部を有するカテーテル。 - 前記補強部材の径方向外側に、異なる前記間隙から突出した複数の前記突出部が前記外層を挟みつつ多層に重なる請求項1のカテーテル。
- 前記補強部材は、前記内層および外層の間に挟まれる金属もしくは内層より融点が高い樹脂の線材からなる請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記補強部材の間隙は、前記内層の周方向にそって分割して形成される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記内層および外層は、同一種類の熱可塑性樹脂により形成される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
- 熱可塑性樹脂製の管状体である内層と、熱可塑性樹脂製の管状体であって前記内層の外表面に接する外層と、を有するカテーテルの製造方法であって、
熱可塑性樹脂製の管状体である内層チューブの外表面に、間隙を有する補強部材を埋め込みつつ配置し、前記内層チューブの材料を前記間隙から径方向外側へ突出させて中間構造体を形成する中間工程と、
前記中間構造体の外表面に熱可塑性樹脂製の外層用の材料を配置する配置工程と、を有し、
前記配置工程において、前記内層チューブおよび外層用の材料が流動性を有する状態で、当該内層チューブおよび外層用の材料を流動させつつ結合して前記内層および外層を形成するカテーテルの製造方法。 - 前記配置工程において、前記内層チューブおよび外層用の材料が流動性を有する状態で、前記外層用の材料の外表面に前記中間構造体へ向かう方向および前記中間構造体の軸方向へ向かって力を作用させて前記内層チューブおよび外層用の材料を流動させつつ結合して前記内層および外層を形成する請求項6に記載のカテーテルの製造方法。
- 前記中間工程において、前記内層チューブおよび補強部材の少なくとも一方を加熱する請求項6または7に記載のカテーテルの製造方法。
- 前記配置工程において、前記内層チューブを加熱する請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルの製造方法。
- 前記配置工程において、前記内層チューブの材料および前記外層用の材料の流動性が異なる請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルの製造方法。
