Claims (4)
- クランクケース(52)で回転自在に支持されるクランク軸(39)からの回転動力を変速する変速機(60)が、クランクケース(52)に回転自在に支持される入力軸(69,70)を有して前記クランクケース(52)に収容され、前記クランク軸(39)および前記入力軸(69,70)間の動力伝達を断・接する油圧クラッチ(63,64)が前記入力軸(69,70)と同軸に配置されるパワーユニットにおいて、
前記油圧クラッチ(63,64)を覆って前記クランクケース(52)に結合されるクラッチカバー(56)の外面に、前記油圧クラッチ(63,64)の断・接作動を切替え制御するクラッチアクチュエータ(125)と、前記クラッチカバー(56)との間で前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)を液密に覆うアクチュエータカバー(220)とが取付けられ、
前記クラッチカバー(56)および前記アクチュエータカバー(220)間に形成されるオイル室(221)に貯留されるオイルの温度を検出する油温センサ(222)が、前記アクチュエータカバー(220)に取付けられ、
前記油圧クラッチ(63,64)からのオイルを前記オイル室(221)に排出する油圧クラッチ用リリーフオイル通路(223)が、前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)の一部を構成して前記クラッチカバー(56)に取付けられるアクチュエータボディ(200)に設けられ、
前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)から排出されるオイルを前記オイル室(221)に排出するクラッチアクチュエータ用リリーフオイル通路(224)が、前記アクチュエータボディ(200)に設けられることを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - クランクケース(52)で回転自在に支持されるクランク軸(39)からの回転動力を変速する変速機(60)が、クランクケース(52)に回転自在に支持される入力軸(69,70)を有して前記クランクケース(52)に収容され、前記クランク軸(39)および前記入力軸(69,70)間の動力伝達を断・接する油圧クラッチ(63,64)が前記入力軸(69,70)と同軸に配置されるパワーユニットにおいて、
前記油圧クラッチ(63,64)を覆って前記クランクケース(52)に結合されるクラッチカバー(56)の外面に、前記油圧クラッチ(63,64)の断・接作動を切替え制御するクラッチアクチュエータ(125)と、前記クラッチカバー(56)との間で前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)を液密に覆うアクチュエータカバー(220)とが取付けられ、
前記クラッチカバー(56)および前記アクチュエータカバー(220)間に形成されるオイル室(221)に貯留されるオイルの温度を検出する油温センサ(222)が、前記アクチュエータカバー(220)に取付けられ、
前記油圧クラッチ(63,64)からのオイルを前記オイル室(221)に排出する油圧クラッチ用リリーフオイル通路(223)が、前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)の一部を構成して前記クラッチカバー(56)に取付けられるアクチュエータボディ(200)に設けられて、この油圧クラッチ用リリーフオイル通路(223)の出口が、前記アクチュエータボディ(200)の下部に設けられ、
前記油温センサ(222)が、その検出部(222a)を前記油圧クラッチ用リリーフオイル通路(223)の前記出口の近傍に配置するようにして、前記アクチュエータカバー(220)に取付けられることを特徴とするパワーユニット。 - 前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)から排出されるオイルを前記オイル室(221)に排出するクラッチアクチュエータ用リリーフオイル通路(224)が、前記アクチュエータボディ(200)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパワーユニット。
- 前記オイル室(221)内のオイルを前記クランクケース(52)側に戻すオイル戻し通路(225)が、前記クラッチアクチュエータ(125)よりも上方に配置されるようにして前記クラッチカバー(56)の上部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパワーユニット。
