Description
ガラス基板上にRFスパッタ法で、ITO透明電極薄膜を100nmの厚さに成膜し、パターニングした。このITO透明電極付きガラス基板を、中性洗剤、アセトン、エタノールを用いて超音波洗浄し、煮沸エタノール中から引き上げて乾燥した。透明電極表面をUV/O3洗浄した後、真空蒸着装置の基板ホルダーに固定して、槽内を1×10−4Pa以下まで減圧した。
ホスト材料および電子輸送層として例示化合物d−4を、発光ドーパントとして例示化合物a−9を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
ホスト材料および電子輸送層として例示化合物d−5を、発光ドーパントとして例示化合物b−1を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
ホスト材料として例示化合物d−5を、発光ドーパントとして例示化合物b−1を、電子輸送層として下記構造の化41を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
ホスト材料として例示化合物d−5を、発光ドーパントとして例示化合物b−1を、電子輸送層として下記構造の化42を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
ホスト材料として例示化合物d−5を、発光ドーパントとして例示化合物b−1を、電子輸送層として化42を、さらに電子注入層として下記構造の化43を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
電子注入層として下記構造の化44を用いた以外は実施例6と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
発光ドーパントとして例示化合物b−3を用いた以外は実施例6と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
発光ドーパントとして例示化合物C−3を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
発光ドーパントとして下記構造の化45を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。
発光ドーパントとして下記構造の化46を用いた以外は実施例1と同様にして、電界発光素子を得た。

- 陽極と陰極の間に発光層を含む有機層を有し、前記有機層の少なくとも1層に請求項1に記載の芳香族化合物を含むことを特徴とする電界発光素子。
