Description
対常温3倍促進テストとして保管温度を40℃とし、脱酸素水充填後の溶存酸素の経時変化を測定した。試験結果を図4に示す。実施例の樹脂製ボトルで1年以上に渡って溶存酸素量を低く保っていることが認められる。実施例の樹脂製ボトルを用いることで内容物の風味の劣化及び変色を抑制できることが期待できる。
試料内に一定流量の窒素を流して試料から出た窒素を試験機センサーに導入し、試料の外部から透過する空気中の酸素量を測定した。方法:JIS K7126−2:2006、試験装置:酸素透過性試験機 (モコン社製)OX−TRAN 2−61 MJ、試験温度:23℃、試験ガス:空気
実施例の酸素透過度[cc/(pkg・24h)、実測値(空気)、酸素=21%]は0.0004であり、比較例1の酸素透過度は0.038であった。実施例は比較例1に比べて約1/100であり、長期間に渡って内容物の劣化を抑制できることが期待できる。
測定方法はJIS K7105に準拠してn=5で行い、結果は次のとおりであった。
実施例:平均3.98%、max5.80%、min3.10%、標準偏差1.052
比較例2:平均7.44%、max11.1%、min5.32%、標準偏差2.508
実施例では比較例2に対して約1/2程度のヘイズ値であった。

Claims (1)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートに酸素吸収剤を配合した成形材料を用いてプリフォームを射出成形し、このプリフォームをブロー成形して製造するガスバリア性に優れた単層の樹脂製ボトルの製造方法において、
前記成形材料に、前記酸素吸収剤と共に、ガスバリア性を有する樹脂材料としてフッ素含有樹脂、シリコーン樹脂のいずれかが配合され、
前記成形材料中の前記酸素吸収剤の配合割合は0.3質量%〜3.0質量%とされ、
前記プリフォームは、前記樹脂製ボトルの胴部に対応する部分よりも、接地部分となる底部に対応する部分の厚みが小さいものとされ、当該プリフォームの射出温度を250℃〜275℃とし、
前記プリフォームに、温度を20℃〜40℃に設定したブロー成形型を装着し、当該プリフォーム内にストレッチロッドを挿入して軸方向下方に延ばし、当該プリフォームを軸方向下方に延伸すると共に、当該ストレッチロッドに気体を導入し、この気体により当該プリフォームをブローして径方向に延伸することで、当該プリフォームを二軸延伸することを特徴とするガスバリア性に優れた単層の樹脂製ボトルの製造方法。
