Claims (9)
- 試料に励起光を照射し、計測光を検出する光計測装置であって、
前記励起光が入射される入射開口、及び前記計測光を出射する出射開口が形成され、前記試料が配置される積分器と、
前記出射開口から出射された前記計測光を導光する導光部と、
前記導光部によって導光された前記計測光を検出する光検出部と、を備え、
前記導光部は、入射端面が前記出射開口を介して前記積分器内を向くように配置された複数の導光部材を有し、
前記光検出部は、複数の前記導光部材の少なくとも1つによって導光された前記計測光を検出し、
複数の前記導光部材の前記入射端面側における受光領域は、前記積分器内で互いに重なっている、光計測装置。 - 複数の前記導光部材の前記入射端面における光軸は、前記積分器内で互いに交わっている、請求項1に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記積分器内における前記出射開口と対向する位置に配置されたバッフルを更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の光計測装置。
- 複数の前記導光部材の前記入射端面における光軸は、前記出射開口と前記バッフルとの間で互いに交わっている、請求項3に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記バッフルは、前記積分器内における前記出射開口の周辺に配置された一対の支持柱によって支持され、
複数の前記導光部材が並ぶ方向と、一対の前記支持柱が並ぶ方向とは、交差している、請求項3又は4に記載の光計測装置。 - 複数の光学フィルタを有し、複数の前記入射端面に入射する前記計測光それぞれの光路上に複数の前記光学フィルタの中の何れかを挿入フィルタとして挿入可能なフィルタ部を更に備える、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記フィルタ部は、前記光学フィルタとして、NDフィルタ、ショートパスフィルタ、ロングパスフィルタ、バンドパスフィルタ、ノッチフィルタ、及び光反射物質で構成されたフィルタの少なくとも1つを含んでいる、請求項6に記載の光計測装置。
- 前記フィルタ部は、
複数の前記光学フィルタが設けられたベース部と、
前記挿入フィルタが複数の前記光学フィルタの中で切り替わるように前記ベース部を駆動する駆動部と、
前記駆動部の駆動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、
複数の前記光学フィルタの中の何れかを選択フィルタとして選択し、
選択した当該選択フィルタが前記挿入フィルタとなるように前記駆動部を駆動させる、請求項6又は7に記載の光計測装置。 - 前記光検出部は、複数の前記導光部材と同数の複数の光検出器を有し、複数の前記光検出器の分光感度特性は、互いに異なっている、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の光計測装置。
