Description
Claims (6)
- 冷媒リリーフバルブを具備した冷媒タンクに設置されるセンサと、前記センサの設置位置からみて前記冷媒リリーフバルブより奥側に位置する接続端子と、を電気的に接続するワイヤハーネスの固定構造であって、
前記ワイヤハーネスは、前記冷媒タンクに締結されるブラケットにより固定され、
前記ブラケットは、
前記冷媒タンクに締結される締結部と、
前記冷媒リリーフバルブに対向する側が閉じた略U字形状であり、前記U字形内に前記ワイヤハーネスを保持する保持部と、
を備えることを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの固定構造。 - 請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネスの固定構造であって、
前記保持部は、前記冷媒リリーフバルブに対向する側の逆側が開口した略U字形状である、ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの固定構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のワイヤハーネスの固定構造であって、
前記保持部は、前記ワイヤハーネスの配索経路のうち前記冷媒リリーフバルブに接近する位置において、前記ワイヤハーネスを保持する、ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの固定構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネスの固定構造であって、
前記ブラケットの締結部は、前記センサの一部に係合する係合部を有する、ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの固定構造。 - 請求項4に記載のワイヤハーネスの固定構造であって、
前記係合部は、前記締結部に形成され、前記センサの一部が進入する切り込みであり、
前記切り込みは、前記保持部の略U字形の開口と反対側が開口している、
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの固定構造。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤハーネスの固定構造であって、
前記ブラケットは、さらに、前記締結部と保持部とを連結するべく、前記締結部の縁から立ち上がって斜め上方向に延びる連結部を備え、
前記締結部、連結部、および、保持部は、一枚の板材を屈曲成形することで形成される、
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの固定構造。
