Description
以下、図面などに基づいて、この発明の実施の形態について説明する。ここで、以下に表わされている構成要素の形態は、あくまでも例示であって、実施の形態に記載された形態に限定するものではない。
Claims (6)
- 空調対象空間の空気調和を行う複数の空気調和装置を管理する空調機管理装置であって、
複数の端末装置から送られる、前記端末装置の所持者が前記空調対象空間外から前記空調対象空間に到着する到着時間及び各々の前記所持者が留まる前記空調対象空間内における到着位置のデータを受信する管理側通信部と、
前記端末装置から送られ、前記管理側通信部が受信した前記到着位置及び前記到着時間のデータに基づいて集計を行い、時間的に早く前記到着位置に到着する前記所持者が多い順に、前記複数の空気調和装置の各空気調和装置が運転を開始する順番を決定する処理を、設定された運転開始時刻まで繰り返し行う管理側演算部と、
前記空調対象空間内を区分けした複数の空間と前記複数の空気調和装置との対応関係を記憶する管理側記憶部とを備え、
前記管理側演算部は、前記到着位置のデータに基づいて、前記到着位置を含む前記空間に対応する前記空気調和装置を決定する処理を行う空調機管理装置。 - 運転間隔が設定されており、
前記運転開始時刻になると、前記運転間隔を空けて、前記運転開始順に前記空気調和装置の運転を開始する空調機制御部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調機管理装置。 - 前記管理側演算部は、前記到着時間に基づいて、あらかじめ定めた時間帯別に集計を行う請求項1又は2に記載の空調機管理装置。
- 前記複数の空気調和装置を複数のグループに分け、グループ単位で管理する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の空調機管理装置。
- 前記空調対象空間内の座席により前記到着位置を規定する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の空調機管理装置。
- 到着位置のデータを記憶する端末側記憶部、現在位置を計測するGPS部、該GPS部の計測に係る現在位置のデータと前記到着位置のデータとに基づいて、前記到着位置への到着時間を演算する端末側演算部及び前記到着位置及び前記到着時間のデータを送信する端末側通信部を備える複数の端末装置と、
請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空調機管理装置と
を備える空調機管理システム。
