Claims (11)
- 光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバを覆い複数のクッション部材からなるクッション層と、
前記クッション層を覆うポリマ製スリーブと
を具備し、
少なくとも1個の前記クッション部材は、フッ化ポリマで少なくとも部分的に充填されていることを特徴とする外被付き光ファイバ。 - 管状クッション部材を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記管状クッション部材は、前記光ファイバの周囲に螺旋状に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記光ファイバ及び前記クッション層の中間にバッファ層をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記クッション層及び前記ポリマ製スリーブの中間に接着層をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記ポリマ製スリーブ上にフルオロポリマ層をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記光ファイバはプラスチック製光ファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記プラスチック製光ファイバはポリメチルメタクリレートからなることを特徴とする請求項7記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記クッション層はポリアリルエーテルからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記ポリアリルエーテルはポリエーテルエーテルケトンからなることを特徴とする請求項9記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
- 前記クッション層は、ポリエーテルスルフォン、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ポリスルフォン、ポリエチレンイミド、及びそれらの共重合体からなるグループから選択された材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の外被付き光ファイバ。
