Claims (5)
- 合成樹脂を成形金型の成形空間に発泡成形して車両構造体に設置される発泡成形体であって、
該発泡成形体は、前記車両構造体に接触する接触面と、前記車両構造体に接触しない非接触面とを有しており、前記接触面は粗面であり、前記非接触面は前記接触面より平滑な平滑面であり、
前記発泡成形体は、前記車両構造体に対向する対向面に凹部と凸部を備えており、
前記凹部と前記凸部のうちのいずれか一方に前記接触面が設けられており、
前記接触面は、該接触面の光沢を示すグロス値が0.9〜5.2の範囲であり、さらに、前記成形金型の金型加工の磨きのない面が転写された粗面、または、前記グロス値が1.6〜5.5の範囲であり、さらに、前記成形金型の金型加工の磨きのある面が転写された粗面であることを特徴とする発泡成形体。 - 前記接触面は、前記成形空間を形成する面のうち、木型の木肌面の凹凸が転写された面により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡成形体。
- 請求項1または2に記載の発泡成形体からなる車両用フロアスペーサ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の発泡成形体からなる車両用ラゲージボックス。
- 請求項1または2に記載の発泡成形体の製造方法であって、
前記成形空間に発泡樹脂粒子を充填する工程と、前記成形空間に加熱蒸気を流入させて前記発泡樹脂粒子を発泡させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とする発泡成形体の製造方法。
