Claims (4)
- 鋳型砂の表層部の粘結剤を剥離させて該鋳型砂を再生する再生処理槽と、上流側上部が該再生処理槽の下部に連通連結され、該再生処理槽から落下する再生砂及び微粉を搬送する流動槽と、下部が該流動槽の下流側上部に連通連結され、該流動槽内の前記微粉を集塵するダストフッドと、を具備する鋳型砂の再生装置であって、
前記流動槽における流動床が、複数の山形のカバー部材と複数の谷形のフロア部材を備え、該山形のカバー部材が上で該谷形のフロア部材が下になるように水平方向に交互に配置され、該山形のカバー部材の端部と該谷形のフロア部材の端部の隙間がエアーを供給するための傾斜状のスリットにされており、
前記谷形のフロア部材の谷部空間に整流部材を配設したことを特徴とする鋳型砂の再生装置。 - 前記山形のカバー部材と前記谷形のフロア部材が、前記流動槽における前記再生砂及び微粉の搬送方向と直交する断面において、前記山形のカバー部材が上で前記谷形のフロア部材が下になるように水平方向に交互に配置されることを特徴とする、
請求項1記載の鋳型砂の再生装置。 - 前記山形のカバー部材と前記谷形のフロア部材が、前記流動槽における前記再生砂及び微粉の搬送方向において、前記山形のカバー部材が上で前記谷形のフロア部材が下になるように水平方向に交互に配置されることを特徴とする
