Abstract
Proporcionar un aparato para recuperar arena de fundición que tiene un lecho fluidizado que evita que las hendiduras se atasquen; el aparato comprende un tanque (3) para recuperar la arena de fundición, un tanque (4) para fluidización, cuya porción superior en un lado corriente arriba está conectada a un fondo del tanque para recuperar la arena de fundición, el tanque para fluidización transporta la arena de fundición recuperada y polvo fino que cae desde el tanque para recuperar la arena de fundición, un extractor de polvo (5), y una porción inferior de éste se comunica con una porción superior del tanque para fluidización en un lado corriente abajo, el extractor de polvo recolecta el polvo fino en el tanque para fluidización, en donde un lecho fluidizado (6) en el tanque para fluidización tiene una pluralidad de elementos de recubrimiento en forma de V invertida 13 y una pluralidad de elementos de piso en forma de V (14), en donde los elementos de recubrimiento en forma de V invertida y los elementos de piso en forma de V son proporcionados en forma horizontal y alterna de manera que los elementos de recubrimiento en forma de V invertida están en cualquier punto por encima de un punto verticalmente correspondiente de los elementos de piso en forma de V, y en donde los espacios entre las porciones de extremo de los elementos de recubrimiento en forma de V invertida y las porciones de extremo de los elementos de piso en forma de V son formados como hendiduras inclinadas (15) para suministrar aire.
