Description
図1は、本実施形態の荷重検知装置の構成を示す分解図であり、図2は、荷重検知装置1が座席装置のSばねに取り付けられた様子を示す断面図である。なお、図2は、座席装置の左右方向に沿った面における荷重検知装置1の断面図である。図1、図2に示すように、荷重検知装置1は、台座2と、台座2上に載置される荷重検知センサユニットSUとを主な構成として備える。なお、本実施形態では、荷重検知装置1が着座検知装置である場合について説明する。
次に本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態を説明するにあたり、第1実施形態と同一又は同等の構成要素については、同一の参照符号を付して特に説明する場合を除き重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (9)
- 座席装置におけるシートクッションに押圧される押圧面及び前記押圧面が押圧されることで接触する一対の電極を有する荷重検知センサユニットと、
前記荷重検知センサユニットが載置される載置面を有する台座と、
を備え、
前記押圧面全体の前記載置面に対する角度が変化するよう、前記押圧面全体が前記載置面に対して動き、
前記座席装置の前後方向における前記角度の変化量は、前記座席装置の左右方向における前記角度の変化量よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする荷重検知装置。 - 前記荷重検知センサユニットは、前記押圧面と一体とされ前記押圧面側から前記載置面側に延在する軸部を有し、
前記押圧面全体が前記軸部の先端を中心に回動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記軸部は前記先端で前記一対の電極の一方を押圧する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記荷重検知センサユニットは、前記一対の電極における前記台座側の電極を押圧する軸部を有し、
前記押圧面全体が前記軸部の先端を中心に回動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記荷重検知センサユニットは、開口が形成されたスペーサと、前記スペーサの両面に設けられる一対の電極シートと、を更に有し、
前記一対の電極は、前記一対の電極シートの前記スペーサ側の面に設けられて前記開口を介して互いに対向し、
前記一対の電極シートのうち前記軸部側の電極シートは、少なくとも前記一対の電極が設けられる部位と重なる位置に金属板を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記一対の電極シートのうち前記軸部側の前記電極シートは前記金属板からなり、
前記金属板が前記軸部側の前記電極シートの電極の少なくとも一部とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記一対の電極シートのうち前記軸部側の前記電極シートは、絶縁シートと前記絶縁シートにおける前記軸部側の面上に配置される前記金属板を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記座席装置の前後方向における前記角度の変化量は5度以下とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知装置。 - 前記座席装置の前後方向における前記角度の変化量は0.5度以上とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の荷重検知装置。
