Description
図1は、本実施形態の荷重検知センサユニットの構成を示す分解図であり、図2は、荷重検知センサユニットが座席装置のSばねに取り付けられた様子を示す断面図である。なお、図2は、座席装置の左右方向に沿った面における荷重検知センサユニットの断面図である。図1、図2に示すように、荷重検知センサユニット1Aは、台座2Aと、ハウジング3A、ハウジングカバー4A及び荷重検知センサ5Aを主な構成として備える。
次に本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態を説明するにあたり、第1実施形態と同一又は同等の構成要素については、同一の参照符号を付して特に説明する場合を除き重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (11)
- シートクッション下に配置される荷重検知センサユニットであって、
所定の間隔を介して互いに対向する一対の電極及び前記一対の電極のうち前記シートクッション側に位置する一方の電極の少なくとも一部を前記シートクッション側から覆う金属板を有する荷重検知センサと、
前記シートクッションに押圧され前記シートクッションよりも硬質な押圧部を有する押圧部材と、
前記金属板の面方向における前記押圧部材と前記金属板との相対的な移動を規制する第1の移動規制部材と、
を備え、
前記一対の電極は、前記押圧部が前記金属板の一部を押圧することによる前記金属板の撓みにより互いに接触する
ことを特徴とする荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記押圧部材は、前記シートクッションに押圧される受圧面を更に有し、
前記受圧面の面積は前記押圧部の前記金属板に接触する面積よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記受圧面の面積は、前記一方の電極の面積よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記押圧部は、前記シートクッションに押圧されていない状態において前記金属板に接触している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記荷重検知センサは、開口が形成されたシート状のスペーサと、前記スペーサの両面に設けられる一対の絶縁シートとを更に有し、
前記一対の電極は、前記絶縁シートの前記スペーサ側の面に設けられ、前記開口を介して互いに対向し、
前記金属板は、一方の前記絶縁シートの前記スペーサとは反対側に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記一対の絶縁シートと前記金属板とは非接着とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記一対の絶縁シートの面方向おける前記一対の絶縁シートと前記金属板の相対的な移動を規制する第2の移動規制部材を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記第2の移動規制部材は、前記荷重検知センサが収容されるハウジングの一部とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記金属板の少なくとも前記電極を覆う部位は、前記絶縁シートから離間している
ことを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記金属板は、温度の上昇に伴い前記電極から離れるように変形するバイメタルから形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。 - 前記金属板で覆われる一方の前記電極と前記金属板とが一体とされ、当該電極は前記金属板の一部とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の荷重検知センサユニット。
