Claims (24)
- 建築用足場装置の足場管であって、第1の軸方向の管端(12)から反対側の第2の軸方向の管端(14)に延びる管軸線(A)と、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)に設けられた受け部(16)と、前記第2の軸方向の管端(14)に設けられ、前記受け部(16)と比較して減少した断面を有し、挿入部(18)の方に向けられた環状の支持面(24)を形成する半径方向ショルダ(22)で終端する前記挿入部(18)とを有し、同一の挿入部(18)を有する隣接する足場管(10)が前記受け部(16)内に挿入されるように、前記受け部(16)の内径(d1,i)が前記挿入部(18)の外径(d2,a)より大きい足場管において、
前記足場管は、一体的に作られており、前記足場管(10)の管壁(34)が、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)で、最大壁厚(smax)を有し、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)以外では、より小さな壁厚(s)を有することを特徴とする足場管。 - 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)における前記最大壁厚(smax)は、1.2×s≦smax≦2×sで規定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の足場管。
- 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)における前記最大壁厚(s max )は、s max ≒1.5×sで規定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の足場管。
- 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)における前記足場管(10)の外径(d1,a)は、前記受け部(16)の外径(d1,a )に一致することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記足場管(10)は、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)に増厚部(36)を有し、当該増厚部(36)では、前記管壁(34)が前記より小さな壁厚(s)から前記最大壁厚(smax)にかけて楔状に増厚化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記増厚部(36)は、s<LA<5×sである軸方向の寸法(LA)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の足場管。
- 前記増厚部(36)は、L A ≒2.5×sである軸方向の寸法(L A )を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の足場管。
- 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)における前記受け部(16)は、位置決め溝(26)を1つだけ有し、当該位置決め溝(26)は、周方向に途切れているか又は連続しており、前記受け部(16)の前記内径(d1,i)を減少させると共に前記受け部(16)の最小内径(d1,i,min)を規定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記挿入部(18)は、前記第2の軸方向の管端(14)から前記半径方向ショルダ(22)にかけて軸方向の挿入長さ(LE)を有し、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)からの前記位置決め溝(26)の軸方向の空間(xp)が、前記軸方向の挿入長さ(LE)の1/3より小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の足場管。
- 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)からの前記位置決め溝(26)の軸方向の空間(x p )は、前記軸方向の挿入長さ(L E )の1/5より小さいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の足場管。
- 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)からの前記位置決め溝(26)の軸方向の空間(xp)が、前記受け部(16)の前記内径(d1,i)より小さいことを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記受け部(16)は、周方向に途切れているか又は連続している溝(28)を有し、この溝(28)は、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)に対して、前記位置決め溝(26)より大きな軸方向の空間(xN)を有し、d1,i,min<d1,i,N<d1,iで規定される内径(d1,i,N)を有することを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記挿入部(18)は、前記第2の軸方向の管端(14)から前記半径方向ショルダ(22)にかけて軸方向の挿入長さ(LE)を有し、前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)に対する前記溝(28)の軸方向の空間(xN)は、0.5×LE<xN<L E で規定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の足場管。
- 前記第1の軸方向の管端(12)に対する前記溝(28)の軸方向の空間(x N )は、x N ≒0.8×L E で規定されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の足場管。
- 前記足場管(10)は、前記受け部(16)と前記挿入部(18)との間に中間領域(20)を有し、当該中間領域において、前記足場管(10)は、前記受け部(16)における場合と同じ外径(d1,a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記中間領域(20)は、前記半径方向ショルダ(22)に隣接して拡張部(40)を有し、当該拡張部において、前記足場管(10)は、前記半径方向ショルダ(22)に向かって半径方向に拡張することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の足場管。
- 前記環状の支持面(24)は、前記受け部(16)の前記外径(d1,a)より大きな外径(d3,a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記半径方向ショルダ(22)に隣接する前記挿入部(18)は、周方向に延びる縮小部(38)を有し、前記環状の支持面(24)は前記挿入部(18)の前記外径(d2,a)より小さな内径(d3,i)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記挿入部(18)は、前記第2の軸方向の管端(14)に向かってテーパ状になっていてテーパ状導入部(30)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記足場管(10)は、作業用足場装置の一部であり、且つ前記足場管(10)の前記壁厚(s)は最大3.2mmであるか、又は耐荷重足場装置の一部であり、且つ前記足場管(10)の前記壁厚(s)は2.7〜3.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の足場管。
- 前記足場管(10)は、作業用足場装置の一部であり、且つ前記足場管(10)の前記壁厚(s)は、約2.7mmであるか、又は耐荷重足場装置の一部であり、且つ前記足場管(10)の前記壁厚(s)は2.7〜3.2mmであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の足場管。
- 請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの足場管(10)と、前記足場管(10)に確実に固定された横断保持具(42)とを有する足場要素。
- 前記横断保持具(42)は、前記足場管(10)の前記受け部(16)又は中間領域(20)において、前記足場管(10)に対して垂直に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の足場要素。
- 請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の2つの足場管(10)からなり、2つの当該足場管(10)は、前記建築用足場装置の枠要素を形成するために、前記横断保持具(42)により互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項22又は23に記載の足場要素。
