Claims (5)
- フロント緩衝器とリヤ緩衝器の設定が自動制御システムで調節可能な自転車に搭乗する搭乗者の搭乗姿勢を検知するための装置であって、
自転車のサドル柱に配設されて自転車のサドルに近い物体の動きを検知して対応する検知信号を出力するように構成された光学センサと、及び、
当該検知信号を受けて前記搭乗者の搭乗姿勢が座姿勢であるか又は立姿勢であるかを決定するために、前記光学センサが連続的に前記搭乗者の臀部又は大腿部が前記サドルに接近していることを検知するかどうかに応じて前記搭乗者が前記サドルに座っているかどうかを決定するコントローラとを有し、
前記コントローラは、前記搭乗者の前記座姿勢又は前記立姿勢に応じて前記フロント緩衝器と前記リヤ緩衝器の設定を調整するために前記自動制御システムとの間で前記検知信号を送受信する装置。 - 前記コントローラと自転車との間に配設されたコネクタを有し、当該コネクタを介して前記コントローラが自転車に結合されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタが、ロックねじコネクタ、スナップコネクタ及び磁気コネクタのいずれか1である請求項2に記載の搭乗姿勢を検知するための装置。
- 前記光学センサが赤外線センサである請求項1に記載の搭乗姿勢を検知するための装置。
- フロント緩衝器とリヤ緩衝器の設定が自動制御システムで調節可能な自転車のサドルに近い物体の動きを光学センサで検知し、前記光学センサは自転車のサドル柱に配設されて対応する検知信号を出力し、
搭乗者の搭乗姿勢が座姿勢であるか又は立姿勢であるかを決定するために、前記光学センサが連続的に前記搭乗者の臀部又は大腿部が前記サドルに接近していることを検知するかどうかに応じて前記搭乗者が前記サドルに座っているかどうかを決定し、
前記搭乗者の前記座姿勢又は前記立姿勢に応じて前記フロント緩衝器と前記リヤ緩衝器の設定を調整するために前記自動制御システムとの間で前記検知信号を送受信する、自転車に搭乗した搭乗者の搭乗姿勢を検知するための方法。
