Description
Claims (6)
- 着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造であって、シャーシ、着脱式高電圧絶縁構造、アクスルアセンブリ、動力モータ、着脱可能な伝達シャフト、補助ステアリングポンプ、補助ステアリングモータ、着脱可能な補助ステアリングポンプコネクタ、空調コンプレッサ、空調モーター、着脱可能なパイプ、高電圧バッテリーモジュール、高電圧ケーブル、着脱可能な高電圧ケーブルコネクタを有し、
前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造は、前記シャーシに接続されており、
前記アクスルアセンブリは、シャーシに取り付けられ且つ差動機構とアクスルを有しており、
前記動力モータは、前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造内に配置されるとともに、前記車両構造を駆動し、
前記着脱可能な伝達シャフトを介して、前記差動機構と前記動力モータは互いに接続されており、
前記補助ステアリングポンプは、前記シャーシに配置されるとともにステアリング装置に作動油を供給し、
前記補助ステアリングモータは、着脱式高電圧絶縁構造に配置されるとともに前記補助ステアリングポンプを駆動し、
前記着脱可能な補助ステアリングポンプコネクタを介して、前記補助ステアリングモータと前記補助ステアリングポンプが互いに接続されており、
前記空調コンプレッサは、前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造内に配置されるとともに氷水を発生させ、
前記空調モータは、前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造内に配置されるとともに前記空調コンプレッサを駆動し、
前記着脱可能なパイプを介して、空調コンプレッサにより生じた氷水は、シャーシに送られ、
前記高電圧バッテリーモジュールは、シャーシ上に配置されるとともに電力を供給し、
前記シャーシ上に取り付けられた前記高電圧ケーブルを介して、前記電力は、前記高電圧バッテリーモジュールから着脱式高電圧絶縁構造へ伝達され、
前記着脱可能な高電圧ケーブルコネクタを介して、前記高電圧ケーブルは、前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造と接続され、
前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造がシャーシから取り外されると、前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造にある前記動力モータ、前記補助ステアリングモータ、前記空調コンプレッサ及び前記空調モータの組み合わせが前記シャーシから取り外される一方、前記アクスルアセンブリ、前記補助ステアリングポンプ及び高電圧バッテリーモジュールは、依然として前記シャーシに接続されたままである、
前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造。 - 冷却水路をさらに有し、前記冷却水路が前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造内に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造。 - 発電機をさらに有し、前記発電機が前記冷却水路内に取り付けられている、
請求項2に記載の前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造。 - ガイドトラック構造及びガイドローラアセンブリをさらに有し、前記ガイドトラック構造がシャーシに取り付けられ、前記ガイドローラアセンブリが前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造に配置されている、
請求項1に記載の前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造。 - さらにロッド支持構造、位置決め凹部及び位置決めピンを有し、前記ロッド支持構造は、前記シャーシに取り付けられており、前記位置決め凹部は、前記ロッド支持構造に取り付けられており、前記位置決めピンが前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造に取り付けられている、
請求項1に記載の前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造。 - さらにクレーンを有し、前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を垂直的に上昇又は下降するため、前記クレーンは前記ロッド支持構造に取り付けられている、
請求項5に記載の前記着脱式高電圧絶縁構造を有する車両構造。
