Description
(イ)槽本体が現地土木工事となり、更に槽内部装置の設置が槽施工後となり、現地での工期が長くなる。施工・品質管理の面でも不安が残る。
(ロ)実用上で水深が通常4m程度までであるため、現地での設置スペースが大きくなる。
(ハ)原水負荷増加に対応して設備を増強したい場合であっても、現地土木工事でかつ設置面積が大きいことから、増設が容易に出来ない。
(ニ)底部からの液漏れの点検がしづらい。
(ホ)槽内面ライニング補修を行う必要がある。
(ヘ)設置スペースを抑制しつつ容量を確保するためには、槽高を大きくする必要があり、少なくとも7m程は必要になる。この場合、現地配管施工や日常保守時には槽上部に登る必要があり、通常は階段や梯子等を設置する。このため作業性が悪くなる。
(ト)現地における槽上部からの渡り配管工事の負担が大きくなりやすい。
(チ)槽材質や液質によっては、槽内面ライニング補修を行う必要がある。
1)コンクリート水槽では設置平面積が大きい。
2)コンクリート水槽では工期が長くなる。
3)コンクリート水槽では、設備増強が容易ではない。
4)槽高が大きいタワー型水槽では、高所作業により作業効率が悪く、作業性の向上や転落事故防止を図る必要がある。
5)槽高が大きいタワー型水槽では、槽上部から外部への配管が生じ現地工事の負担が大きくなるため現地工事の簡素化を図る必要がある。

Claims (2)
- 有機性排水を生物処理する装置であって、
高さが6〜11mの塔体よりなる生物処理槽を備えており、
半数以上の配管接続部の設置高さが3m以下であることを特徴とする有機性排水の生物処理装置。 - 請求項1において、前記塔体は基礎上に立設されていることを特徴とする有機性排水の生物処理装置。
