Claims (7)
- 筒状のランチャ部材と、
前記ランチャ部材の軸方向一端側に配置された、駆動時に高圧ガスを発生させるガス発生器と、
前記ランチャ部材の内部に収容されたロケット部材と、
を備え、
前記ランチャ部材は、軸方向他端側に略円形に開口した、前記ロケット部材の軸方向他端側の外径以上の径を有する開口穴と、前記開口穴の周辺部位から径方向内側に向けて延びた、前記ロケット部材の初期状態での位置決めを行うと共に該ロケット部材の初期状態での軸方向他端側への変位を規制する突起部と、を有し、
前記開口穴は、前記突起部の根元付近に径方向外側に向けて広がる広がり部を有することを特徴とするガス圧式アクチュエータ。 - 前記突起部は、最細部の径方向位置が前記ロケット部材の径方向外側端の径方向位置に重なる又は該径方向外側端の径方向位置よりも径方向外側に位置するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス圧式アクチュエータ。
- 筒状のランチャ部材と、
前記ランチャ部材の軸方向一端側に配置された、駆動時に高圧ガスを発生させるガス発生器と、
前記ランチャ部材の内部に収容されたロケット部材と、
前記ランチャ部材と前記ロケット部材との間の軸方向他端側におけるシール性を確保する筒状のガスケットと、
を備え、
前記ガスケットは、前記ロケット部材の初期状態において前記ガスケットの内壁側が前記ロケット部材の軸方向他端側の先端角部に接触することにより、前記ロケット部材の初期状態での位置決めを行うと共に該ロケット部材の初期状態での軸方向他端側への変位を規制し、かつ、駆動時に該ロケット部材の変位を許容するように形成されていることを特徴とするガス圧式アクチュエータ。 - 前記ガスケットの内壁は、軸方向一端側から軸方向他端側にかけて内径が小さくなるようにテーパ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のガス圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記ガスケットの内壁は、駆動時に弾性変形されることを特徴とする請求項4記載のガス圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記ガスケットは、略円形に開口した開口穴を有する筒部と、前記筒部の軸方向他端側の軸中心を挟んで対向する部位同士を繋ぐように径方向に向けて延びた、前記ロケット部材の初期状態での位置決めを行うと共に該ロケット部材の初期状態での軸方向他端側への変位を規制する変位規制部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項3乃至5の何れか一項記載のガス圧式アクチュエータ。
- 前記変位規制部は、略軸中心位置に設けられた駆動時に破断容易な小幅部を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載のガス圧式アクチュエータ。
