Claims (13)
- 支持層(2)と滑り軸受層(3)とを有する滑り軸受(1)の製造方法であって、
前記支持層(2)は圧延クラッドによって前記滑り軸受層(3)と結合され、
圧延クラッドの前に、前記支持層(2)の表面に表面構造(4)が溝状凹み部(6)を有する溝構造の形態で形成され、次いで該表面構造(4)上に前記滑り軸受層(3)が圧延される滑り軸受(1)の製造方法において、
前記溝状凹み部(6)は前記滑り軸受(1)の周方向に長く延在し、圧延クラッドにより前記溝構造にアンダーカット部(10)が形成され、
前記溝状凹み部(6)が所定の溝深さを有し、該溝深さは下限0.1mm及び上限0.9mmの範囲から選択されることを特徴とする滑り軸受(1)の製造方法。 - 圧延クラッドの前に前記支持層(2)の表面に少なくとも一部領域に結合層(14)又は結合粒子が塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結合粒子が、Cu、Sb、Al、Zn、Bi、Sn、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Ti、Vを含む群より選択される請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記結合粒子が、少なくとも100粒子/cm2の面積密度で塗着されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記溝構造が、前記支持層(2)の表面の代わりに、又は、前記支持層(2)の表面に加えて、結合層(14)の表面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 支持層(2)と、該支持層(2)と結合された滑り軸受層(3)と、を有し、
前記支持層(2)が、隆起部(5)と溝状凹み部(6)とを備えた表面構造(4)を有しており、前記滑り軸受層(3)が、前記支持層(2)と材料接合による結合に加えて形状係合的に結合されている滑り軸受(1)において、
前記溝状凹み部(6)は、前記滑り軸受(1)の周方向に長く延在すると共にアンダーカット部(10)を有し、
前記溝状凹み部(6)が所定の溝深さを有し、該溝深さは下限0.1mm及び上限0.9mmの範囲から選択されることを特徴とする滑り軸受(1)。 - 前記滑り軸受層(3)と前記支持層(2)との間に少なくとも一部領域に結合層(14)が配置され、又は、結合粒子が塗着されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
- 前記結合粒子が、Cu、Sb、Al、Zn、Bi、Sn、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Ti、Vを含む群より選択された請求項7に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
- 前記結合粒子が、少なくとも100粒子/cm2の面積密度で塗着されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
- 前記表面構造(4)が、前記支持層(2)の表面の代わりに、又は、前記支持層(2)の表面に加えて、結合層(14)の表面内に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
- 前記凹み部(6)、特に溝列の溝が、下限0.1mm及び上限0.9mmの範囲より選択された幅、即ち溝幅(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項6〜10の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
- 前記滑り軸受層(3)が、ホワイトメタル又はアルミニウムベース合金からなることを特徴とする、請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
- 前記滑り軸受層(3)が、Sn、In、Bi、Pb、Agを含む群より選択された軟質金属を有しており、前記滑り軸受層内の軟質金属の割合が、少なくとも20重量%及び最大95重量%であることを特徴とする請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受(1)。
