Claims (9)
- 金属製外側部(1)と、金属製内側部(2)と、前記外側部と前記内側部との間に離間するように配置された複数の弾性緩衝体(3、4;3’、4’)とを備えた弾性継手、特に弾性軸継手、であって、前記外側部(1)は、半径方向内方に突出して緩衝体接触面を画成する隆起(1.1)を複数備え、前記内側部(2)は、半径方向外方に突出して緩衝体接触面を画成する隆起(2.1)を複数備え、前記複数の弾性緩衝体(3、4;3’、4’)は、互いに半径方向に離間した少なくとも2つの群に配置される、弾性継手において、
隣接する前記弾性緩衝体群の間に、前記弾性緩衝体(3、4;3’、4’)とは別個に製作された少なくとも1つの環状中間部(5)が配置され、前記環状中間部(5)は、前記弾性緩衝体(3、4;3’、4’)を介して前記外側部(1)および前記内側部(2)の両方に捻り弾性的に連結され、
前記環状中間部(5)は、半径方向内方に突出して緩衝体接触面を画成する隆起(5.1)と、半径方向外方に突出して緩衝体接触面を画成する隆起(5.2)とを備えると共に、星状であり、
前記複数の弾性緩衝体(3、4;3’、4’)群は、前記弾性緩衝体の材料、サイズ、および/または形状が互いに異なることを特徴とする継手。 - 内周群または一内周群の前記弾性緩衝体(4;4’)は、外周群または一外周群の前記弾性緩衝体(3;3’)より硬質である、および/または直径が小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記環状中間部(5)は軽金属製またはプラスチック材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の継手。
- 前記環状中間部(5)は、軸線方向に分離可能な少なくとも2つの部品(5a、5b)から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記複数の群のうちの少なくとも1つの群において、前記弾性緩衝体(3、4)はほぼ回転対称形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記複数の群のうちの少なくとも1つの群の前記弾性緩衝体(3’、4’)はほぼ球形であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記複数の群のうちの1つの群の前記弾性緩衝体(3)は、半径方向に離間して隣接する群の前記弾性緩衝体(4)に対して周方向にずらして配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の継手。
- その捻りばね定数を減衰すべき、または打ち消すべき、周波数に調整可能な塊状ダンパ(10)を特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記塊状ダンパ(10)はゴム弾性要素(10.1)と環状体(10.2)とを備え、前記ゴム弾性要素(10.1)は前記外側部(1)の外面および前記環状体(10.2)の内面の両方に形成された隙間(1.3、10.21)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の継手。
