Description
図1は、本発明が適用されるハイブリッド車両1の構成を示すブロック図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン10と、燃料供給装置15と、モータジェネレータ20,30と、動力分割機構40と、リダクション機構58と、駆動輪62と、パワーコントロールユニット(PCU)60と、バッテリ70と、制御装置100とを含む。なお、エンジン10は特許請求の範囲の「内燃機関」に対応し、モータジェネレータ20は「発電機」に対応し、バッテリ70は「蓄電装置」に対応し、制御装置100は「制御装置」に対応する。
チェックバルブ518は、燃料配管において、フィードポンプ512と残圧保持バルブ516の取付部との間に設けられる。チェックバルブ517は、燃料配管の残圧保持バルブ516の取付部とリリーフ弁515の取付部との間に設けられる。残圧保持バルブ516は、ポート噴射弁54および筒内噴射弁84からの噴射が停止され、かつフィードポンプ512の運転が停止された場合に閉弁し、残圧保持バルブ516よりも下流の燃料配管の圧力を開弁圧付近に保持する。
そこで実施の形態1では、目標燃圧を低下させる要求が発生した場合には、エンジン出力が低い場合には許可せず、エンジン出力が高い場合に許可することとした。
図4は、目標燃圧を低下させた波形を示した波形図である。図4において、実線が本実施の形態の波形を示し、破線は参考例の波形を示す。
実施の形態1では、エンジン負荷が所定パワーを超えることを待って目標燃圧を低下させることになる。したがって、目標燃圧が高い状態が継続される可能性がある。目標燃圧を不要に高くしておく状態は、フィードポンプ512の損失発生の面から好ましくなく、燃費が悪化する。
実施の形態2では、エンジン負荷が低い場合には、エンジン負荷を高めてから目標燃圧Ptを低下させた。しかし、必ずしも目標燃圧Ptの低下よりも先にエンジン負荷を高める必要はない。実施の形態3では、目標燃圧Ptの低下を先に生じさせ、追ってエンジン負荷を高める例を説明する。
Claims (6)
- 車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両は、燃料噴射弁を有する内燃機関と、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射するための燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、前記燃料タンクから燃料を吸い上げて前記燃料噴射弁に供給する電動式フィードポンプと、前記電動式フィードポンプの下流側に設けられ前記燃料噴射弁に通じる燃料配管の圧力を保持する保持バルブとを含み、
前記保持バルブは、前記燃料配管の圧力が第1の所定値を超えると開状態となり前記燃料配管の燃料を前記燃料タンクに戻す一方で、前記燃料配管の圧力が前記第1の所定値より低ければ閉状態となり、
前記制御装置は、前記電動式フィードポンプによって供給される燃料の目標圧力を低下させる要求が発生した場合に、前記内燃機関の負荷が小さい場合は、前記内燃機関の負荷が大きい場合に比べて前記目標圧力の低下幅を小さくする、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の負荷が第2の所定値未満であるときには前記目標圧力を低下させず、前記内燃機関の負荷が前記第2の所定値より大きいときには前記目標圧力を低下させることにより、前記内燃機関の負荷が小さい場合は、前記内燃機関の負荷が大きい場合に比べて前記目標圧力の低下幅を小さくする、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、蓄電装置と、発電機とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記電動式フィードポンプによって供給される燃料の目標圧力を低下させる要求が発生した場合に、前記内燃機関の負荷が前記第2の所定値未満であるときには、前記内燃機関で前記発電機を駆動して発電させた電力を前記蓄電装置に充電することによって、前記内燃機関の負荷を上昇させる、請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記燃料配管の前記電動式フィードポンプと前記保持バルブとの間に設けられた第1逆止弁をさらに含み、
前記保持バルブは、前記燃料噴射弁からの噴射が停止され、かつ前記電動式フィードポンプの運転が停止された場合に閉弁し、前記第1逆止弁よりも下流の圧力を前記第1の所定値付近に保持する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記燃料噴射弁と前記保持バルブとの間に設けられた第2逆止弁をさらに含み、
前記第2逆止弁は、前記保持バルブ付近の圧力が前記燃料噴射弁付近の圧力よりも高い場合に開弁し、前記保持バルブ付近の圧力が前記燃料噴射弁付近の圧力よりも低くなると閉弁する、請求項4に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両は、燃料噴射弁を有する内燃機関と、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射するための燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、前記燃料タンクから燃料を吸い上げて前記燃料噴射弁に供給する電動式フィードポンプと、前記電動式フィードポンプの下流側に設けられ前記燃料噴射弁に通じる燃料配管の圧力を保持する保持バルブとを含み、
前記保持バルブは、前記燃料配管の圧力が第1の所定値を超えると開状態となり前記燃料配管の燃料を前記燃料タンクに戻す一方で、前記燃料配管の圧力が前記第1の所定値より低ければ閉状態となり、
前記制御装置は、前記電動式フィードポンプによって供給される燃料の目標圧力を低下させる要求が発生した場合に、前記内燃機関の負荷が第3の所定値未満であるときには、前記内燃機関の負荷を上昇させる処理とともに前記目標圧力を低下させる、車両の制御装置。
