Description
図1は、本発明が適用されるハイブリッド車両1の構成を示すブロック図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン10と、燃料供給装置15と、モータジェネレータ20,30と、動力分割機構40と、リダクション機構58と、駆動輪62と、パワーコントロールユニット(PCU)60と、バッテリ70と、制御装置100とを含む。
上記に説明した内燃機関を搭載したハイブリッド車両においては、ポート噴射弁54からの燃料の噴射量は、基本的には燃圧とポート噴射弁54の開弁時間(=通電時間)とによって決まる。しかし、ポート噴射弁54は、ニードルバルブであり、通電時間が短い場合に噴射量特性の直線性が失われる。このため噴射量を精度良く制御するために、通電時間が短い領域は使うことを避けている。そして、このポート噴射弁54の噴射特性は、燃圧によっても影響を受ける。
以下に、Pe始動と自立始動について動作波形を比較しながら説明する。図5は、Pe始動によってエンジンが始動された場合の動作波形図である。図6は、自立始動によってエンジンが始動された場合の動作波形図である。図5、図6において、横軸には時間が示されており、上からエンジン回転速度Ne、空気負荷率KL、吸気管内圧力PI、アクセル開度Accおよびスロットル開度θが示されている。
Claims (3)
- 内燃機関を搭載した車両の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関は、
吸気通路に燃料の噴射を行なうポート噴射弁と、
前記ポート噴射弁から噴射するための燃料を貯留する燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクから燃料を吸い上げて前記ポート噴射弁に供給するフィードポンプと、
前記吸気通路に設けられ空気量を調整するスロットル弁とを含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記ポート噴射弁に供給される燃料の圧力を検出する燃圧センサと、
前記燃圧センサの検出値に基づいて前記フィードポンプを制御する制御部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関の始動の際に前記燃圧センサで検出された燃圧に応じて前記内燃機関の始動時のスロットル開度を変更し、
前記制御部は、前記内燃機関に要求される要求パワーが第1しきい値より小さくかつ前記燃圧センサで検出される検出燃圧が第2しきい値よりも低い場合は、前記スロットル弁の開度を第1のスロットル開度に設定して前記内燃機関を始動させ、前記要求パワーが第1しきい値より小さくかつ前記検出燃圧が第2しきい値よりも高いときには、前記スロットル弁の開度を前記第1のスロットル開度よりも大きく設定して前記内燃機関を始動させる、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記内燃機関に要求されるパワーが第1しきい値より大きい場合には、前記スロットル弁の開度を前記第1のスロットル開度よりも大きく、かつ前記内燃機関に要求されるパワーに応じた開度に設定して前記内燃機関を始動させる、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記車両は、モータを搭載し前記内燃機関を停止した状態で前記モータによって走行が可能であり、
前記制御部は、前記車両が走行中に前記内燃機関を間欠運転させ、前記間欠運転における前記内燃機関の始動の際に前記燃圧に応じて前記内燃機関の始動時のスロットル開度を変更する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
