Claims (17)
- 3GPP Long Term Evolution(LTE)無線ネットワークとして動作する第1無線ネットワークのための進化型パケットコア(EPC)の装置によって実行される方法であって、
前記第1無線ネットワークの第2ユーザ機器(第2UE)が、前記第2UEとの前記第1無線ネットワークとは異なる第2無線ネットワークで生じる、複数の近接ベースサービスに関連する直接通信のために、前記第1無線ネットワークの第1ユーザ機器(第1UE)にいつ近接するかを期間中に通知することに対する要求を含む近接要求を前記第1UEから受信する段階と、
前記第1無線ネットワークを介して前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEに送信されるそれぞれの位置更新要求を用いて位置更新情報を前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEに要求する段階であって、前記それぞれの位置更新要求は、前記近接要求の受信に応えて前記期間中に送信される、段階と、
前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEからUE位置情報を受信する段階であって、前記UE位置情報は、前記それぞれの位置更新要求に応えて前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEからそれぞれの位置更新で受信され、前記UE位置情報は、前記期間中に断続的に受信される、段階と、
前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEから受信された前記UE位置情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記第2UEが前記第1UEにいつ近接するかを検出する段階と、
前記第2UEが前記第1UEに近接していることの検出に応答して、受信された前記近接要求に対する応答として前記第1UEに応答メッセージを送信する段階と
を備える方法。 - 前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEに対する近接ベースサービスコンテキストデータを格納する段階をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2無線ネットワークは、無線ローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)または無線パーソナルエリアネットワーク(WPAN)の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEから前記断続的なUE位置情報更新を受信する段階をさらに備え、
前記第2UEは、前記第2UEから受信された複数の断続的なUE位置情報更新に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記第1UEに近いと検出される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 前記第1UEから受信された前記近接要求に対する前記応答メッセージは、前記要求に関連した発見期間を規定し、前記第2UEが前記要求に関連した前記発見期間の間に前記第1UEの近くにいることを検出することに応答して、前記応答メッセージが前記第1UEに送信される、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
- 請求項6に記載のプログラムを格納するコンピュータ可読記録媒体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法を実行する手段を備える装置。
- 第1無線ネットワークの第1ユーザ機器(第1UE)および第2ユーザ機器(第2UE)から受信されたUE位置情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEが近接しているかどうかを検出する位置検出回路であって、前記第1無線ネットワークが、3GPP Long Term Evolution(LTE)無線ネットワークとして動作する、位置検出回路と、
受信回路と、
送信回路と
を備え、
前記受信回路は、
前記第1UEとの第2無線ネットワークで生じる、複数の近接ベースサービスに関連する直接通信のために前記第2UEが前記第1UEにいつ近接するかを期間中に通知することに対する要求を含む近接要求を前記第1UEから受信し、
前記第1無線ネットワークを介して前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEに送信され、前記近接要求の受信に応えて前記期間中に送信される、それぞれの位置更新要求を用いて位置更新情報を前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEに要求し、
前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEからUE位置情報を受信し、
前記UE位置情報は、前記それぞれの位置更新要求に応えて前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEからそれぞれの位置更新で受信され、
前記UE位置情報は、前記期間中に断続的に受信され、
前記送信回路は、
前記第2UEが前記第1UEに近接していることを検出することに応答して、受信された前記近接要求に対する応答として、前記第1UEに応答メッセージを送信する、処理回路。 - 前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEに対する近接ベースサービスコンテキストデータを格納する近接ベースサービスメモリ回路をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の処理回路。
- 前記第2無線ネットワークは、無線ローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)または無線パーソナルエリアネットワーク(WPAN)の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9または10に記載の処理回路。
- 前記受信回路は、さらに、前記第1UEおよび前記第2UEから断続的なUE位置情報更新を受信し、前記第2UEは、前記第2UEから受信された複数の断続的なUE位置情報更新に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記第1UEに近いと検出される、請求項9から11のいずれか1つに記載の処理回路。
- 前記第1UEから受信された前記近接要求に対する前記応答メッセージは、前記要求に関連した発見期間を規定し、前記第2UEが前記要求に関連した前記発見期間の間に前記第1UEの近くにいることを検出することに応答して、前記応答メッセージが前記第1UEに送信される、請求項9から12のいずれか1つに記載の処理回路。
- 前記位置検出回路、前記受信回路、および前記送信回路は、前記第1無線ネットワークの進化型パケットコア(EPC)の1または複数のデバイスに含まれる、請求項9から13のいずれか1つに記載の処理回路。
- ユーザ機器(UE)の装置であって、
1または複数のプロセッサと、
前記1または複数のプロセッサを介して実行されるソフトウェアと
を備え、
前記1または複数のプロセッサは、
直接通信を許可する複数の接続デバイスが登録されたデータベースを確認する3GPP Long Term Evolution(LTE)無線ネットワークの近接ベースサービス機能と通信し、
第2UEとの無線ローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)で生じる、複数の近接ベースサービスに関連する直接通信のために、前記第2UEが前記UEにいつ近接するのかを期間中に通知するための要求を含む近接要求を前記近接ベースサービス機能に送信し、
前記近接ベースサービス機能から、前記近接要求の送信に応えて前記期間中に受信される、位置更新情報に対する要求を受信し、
UE位置情報更新を前記近接ベースサービス機能に前記期間中に断続的に送信し、
前記第2UEが前記UEに近接していることの応答メッセージを含む応答を、前記近接ベースサービス機能から受信し、
前記第2UEとのWLAN P2P 接続を確立する、装置。 - 前記近接ベースサービス機能に送信された前記近接要求に対する前記応答メッセージは、前記近接ベースサービス機能から応答を受信する前記要求に関連した発見期間を規定する、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記近接要求は、前記第2UEを含む複数のUEのいずれかが、前記WLANを介して直接通信するために前記UEにいつ近接するかの通知についての要求を含む、請求項15または16に記載の装置。
