Claims (6)
- 弁座部に当接してポートの連通を遮断する閉塞位置と、前記弁座部から離れて前記ポートを連通させる開放位置とに作動する弁部材を備えた電磁弁であって、
基端部側に固定鉄心が配置され、先端部側に可動鉄心が軸方向に往復動自在に配置され、コイルが巻き付けられるボビンを備えたソレノイドと、
複数の前記ポートが設けられ、前記ソレノイドに装着されるバルブハウジングと、
長手方向中央部が揺動軸により前記バルブハウジングに揺動自在に装着され、前記弁部材が設けられる揺動部材と、
基端部が枢動軸により前記バルブハウジングに枢動自在に装着され、先端部に前記揺動部材の一端部に当接する作動部が設けられ、前記基端部と前記作動部の間に前記可動鉄心の先端が当接する力点部が設けられた枢動レバーと、
を有し、
前記可動鉄心の軸方向の移動ストロークを前記枢動レバーにより拡大して前記弁部材を開閉させる、電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、前記可動鉄心に設けられ、前記枢動レバーに向けて前記可動鉄心にばね力を付勢する鉄心駆動ばね部材と、前記枢動レバーの基端部と前記揺動部材の他端部との間に配置され、前記揺動部材の他端部にばね力を付勢する揺動ばね部材と、を有する電磁弁。
- 請求項1または2記載の電磁弁において、第1のポートと、前記第1のポートに連通する状態および前記第1のポートに対する連通が遮断される状態に前記弁部材により開閉する第2のポートとを、前記バルブハウジングに設けた電磁弁。
- 請求項1または2記載の電磁弁において、第1のポートと、前記第1のポートに連通する状態および前記第1のポートに対する連通が遮断される状態に前記弁部材により開閉される第2のポートと、前記第2のポートが前記第1のポートに連通するときに前記第1のポートに対する連通が遮断される状態および前記第2のポートが前記第1のポートに対する連通が遮断されるときに前記第1のポートに連通する状態に前記弁部材により開閉される第3のポートとを、前記バルブハウジングに設けた電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、前記バルブハウジングは、前記ポートが設けられたポートプレートと、前記枢動レバーおよび前記揺動部材を収容する弁収容ケースとを有し、前記弁部材は前記ポートプレートと前記弁収容ケースとの間をシールするダイヤフラムである、電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、前記弁部材は加硫成形時に前記揺動部材に固着されるゴム製であり、前記弁部材の成形時にゴム材が入り込むゴム充填孔を前記揺動部材に設けた、電磁弁。
