Claims (12)
- ケース(3)に収容された少なくとも1つのバッテリ(5)を備える自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置であって、
前記バッテリ(5)と接触する少なくとも1つの熱交換器(9)と、
前記熱交換器(9)を前記バッテリ(5)に当てるために前記ケース(3)の底(14)に配置された少なくとも1つの弾性要素(15)と、を備える温度調節装置において、断熱材(13)が、前記弾性要素(15)と前記熱交換器(9)との間に挿入され、
前記弾性要素(15)が、切削されて折り曲げられた金属薄板で作られた少なくとも1つのばね部品を含み、
前記ばね部品(15)が、U字状断面を伴う長手方向矩形形状を有し、複数のテーパ状支持脚(21)を備え、前記テーパ状支持脚の頂部が、前記ばね部品(15)の幅に平行であり、補強用横材を形成していることを特徴とする、温度調節装置。 - 前記断熱材(13)が成形プラスチック部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記成形プラスチック部品(13)が、ポリプロピレン又はガラス繊維強化ポリアミド製であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記熱交換器(9)が管(10)を有しており、前記断熱材(13)が、前記熱交換器(9)の各管(10)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)が、前記管(10)の、前記バッテリ(5)と接触する表面とは反対側の表面を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)が成形プラスチック部品であり、前記成形プラスチック部品(13)が、前記成形プラスチック部品(13)を前記管(10)に取り付けるための弾性フック(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)が、前記管(10)に対する追加の空隙熱絶縁をもたらすために用いられるスペーサ(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)の前記スペーサ(16)が、長手方向リブ(18)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。
- 前記ばね部品(15)のU字状自由端(23)が、前記成形プラスチック部品(13)の適合する横方向溝(25)と協働するように互いに向けて折り曲げられており、それにより、前記ばね部品(15)と前記成形プラスチック部品(13)の間の機械的接続を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。

前記ばね部品(15)は、前記バッテリパック(1)の前記ケース(3)の前記底(14)に向けられた複数の弾性支持脚(21)を有する長手方向中心胴体(29)を有し、
前記ばね部品(15)の前記弾性支持脚(21)は、前記ばね部品(15)の前記中心胴体(29)の両側で千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする、自動車用バッテリパック(1)のための温度調節装置。 - 前記ばね部品(15)は、前記ばね部品(15)が取り付けられる前記成形プラスチック部品(13)の相補的組立手段(32)と協働するための組立手段(30)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリパックのための温度調節装置。
