Description
Claims (9)
- 電気モータの回転子(1)の導電性ブロック(3)の周囲に巻線状の導電性ワイヤ(8、9)を案内する装置(12)であって、前記回転子(1)内に軸方向に延在しているシャフト(2)を含み、前記導電性ブロック(3)には前記ワイヤ(8、9)を受容する少なくとも4つの切欠き(4a、4b、5a、5b)が設けられており、前記装置は、前記シャフト(2)から離れて径方向に延在して、互いに対して90°に配設され、弾性連結手段(18)により接続される少なくとも2つの分岐部(13、14)を含むこと、および各分岐部(13、14)は、前記導電性ブロック(3)の前記受容切欠き(4a、4b、5a、5b)と協働するように設計されている少なくとも2組の案内溝部(13d、14d)を含み、
前記弾性連結手段(18)は丸い形状を有し、前記丸い形状はオメガ形状であることを特徴とする、装置。 - 各分岐部(13、14)は、各分岐部(13、14)の各端部に存在する2つの肩状部(13b、13c、14b、14c)により径方向に範囲を定められている、1組のワイヤ(8、9)を受容する主要部分(13a、14a)を含み、各主要部分(13a、14a)は、前記受容切欠き(4a、4b、5a、5b)と協働するように設計されており、前記2組の案内溝部(13d、14d)を含む、請求項1に記載の案内装置。
- 各分岐部(13、14)は、前記導電性ブロック(3)の方へ突出しておりかつ前記導電性ブロック(3)に形成されている複数の穴部(26a、26b)と協働するように設計されている少なくとも2つの位置決め手段(13e、13f、14e、14f)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の案内装置。
- 前記穴部(26a、26b)は円形形状、長円形形状、または涙滴形状を有する、請求項3に記載の案内装置。
- 4つの分岐部(13、14、15、16)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の案内装置。
- 前記4つの分岐部は前記回転子(1)の対称軸に関して対称である、請求項5に記載の案内装置。
- 各隣接する弾性連結手段(18、19、20、21)が、前記回転子(1)の前記シャフト(2)が通過することができる中心部(17)の範囲を定める丸い部分(22、23、24、25)により接続されている、請求項5または6に記載の案内装置。
- 前記略円形の通路(17)は少なくとも35mmの内径を有する、請求項7に記載の案内装置。
- 回転子(1)内に軸方向に延在しているシャフト(2)と、前記回転子(1)の前記シャフト(2)から離れて径方向に延在している導電性ブロック(3)と、前記ブロック(3)の周囲に導電性ワイヤ(8、9)を案内するための、請求項1から8のいずれか一項による装置(12)とを含む、電気モータの回転子。
