Description
Claims (9)
- チャンバと、
前記チャンバの上部に設けられ、パルスUV光を発するランプと、
前記チャンバの下部に備えられ、表面に配向膜が形成された基板が装着されるステージと、
前記ステージと前記ランプ間に脱着可能に設けられる偏光子とを含む、パルスUVを用いた光配向装置において、
前記偏光子は、前記ランプと前記ステージ間に設けられる支持台に交換可能に設けられており、
前記支持台は、前記ランプと前記ステージ間に水平に設けられ、一側に上下方向に開口した開口部が形成され、前記偏光子を挿入装着できるように、スライド溝を有する結合部が前記開口部の枠に沿って形成されると共に、
前記支持台は、前記チャンバ内に昇降可能に設けられることを特徴とする、パルスUVを用いた光配向装置。 - 前記ランプと前記偏光子間に配置されるバンドパスフィルタをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記ランプは、前記チャンバの上部一側に設けられるハウジング内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記ステージは、摺動可能に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記ステージは、高さ調節可能に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記パルスUV光は、0.1mJ/pulse〜500J/pulseのエネルギーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記パルスUV光は、1Hz〜60Hzで照射されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記パルスUV光は、パルス幅20マイクロ秒以下、かつ、1秒当たり1〜60Hzパルスの波形、かつ、0.1mJ/pulse〜500J/pulseで照射されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
- 前記パルスUV光は、50nm〜800nmの波長を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパルスUVを用いた光配向装置。
