Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の滑り免震装置の実施の形態の縦断面図であり、図2は滑り免震装置の上沓を取り除いて斜め上から見た斜視図であり、図3は潤滑油層、フッ素コート層、二重織物層、および接着層を拡大した図であって、二重織物層の構造を説明した模式図である。
しかしながら、図示する滑り免震装置10では、フッ素コート層6が二重織物層5の表面に設けられている。この二重織物層5は織物故にその表面には図3で示すように凹凸5eが存在しており、したがって、この凹凸5eの表面にフッ素コート層6を設けると、フッ素コート層6の一部は二重織物層5の表面の凹凸5eに入り込み、フッ素コート層6自体も凹凸6aを有する状態となる。そして、このように凹凸状のフッ素コート層6に対して潤滑油層7を設けると、潤滑油層7の一部がフッ素コート層6の凹凸6a内に入り込み、いわゆるアンカー効果にてフッ素コート層6に対する潤滑油層7の固定維持を実現することができる。尤も、このことに相俟って、実際には不図示の建物の重量にて潤滑油層7とフッ素コート層6が高面圧を受けることから、フッ素コート層6と潤滑油層7双方の強固な固定が実現される。
本発明者等は、25℃動粘度の異なる種々の素材からなるフッ素コート層を備えた複数の滑り免震装置を製作し、各滑り免震装置に面圧60MPaを作用させた状況下において、摺動体を左右に連続120m摺動させる繰り返し耐久試験をおこなった。試験後、摺動体の表面の二重織物層の損傷の有無や、損傷がある場合の具体的な状態について観察した。
本発明者等はさらに、塗布量の異なる潤滑油層を備えた複数の滑り免震装置を製作し(三種の塗布量で、68g/m2、136g/m2、272g/m2)、各滑り免震装置に面圧60MPaを作用させた状況下において、雰囲気温度を21〜24℃とし、摺動体を左右に連続120m摺動させる繰り返し耐久試験をおこない、各滑り免震装置の摩擦係数を特定した。なお、本試験では、摺動体の摺動速度を400mm/sec、20mm/secの二種でおこなった。図5(a)は摺動体の摺動速度が400mm/secの際の試験結果であり、図5(b)は摺動体の摺動速度が20mm/secの際の試験結果である。
Claims (4)
- 曲率を有する摺動面を備えた上沓および下沓と、
上沓と下沓の間で、それぞれの沓と接して曲率を有する上面および下面を備えた柱状で鋼製の摺動体と、から構成され、該摺動体の該上面と該下面には接着層を介して二重織物層が取り付けられ、該二重織物層はPTFE繊維と該PTFE繊維よりも引張強度の高い繊維からなり、該PTFE繊維が前記上沓および下沓の摺動面側に位置している滑り免震装置であって、
前記二重織物層の表面にフッ素コート層があり、該フッ素コート層の表面に潤滑油層がある滑り免震装置。 - 前記潤滑油層がシリコーンオイル層である請求項1に記載の滑り免震装置。
- 前記潤滑油層の25℃動粘度が1000mm2/sec以下である請求項1または2に記載の滑り免震装置。
- 前記PTFE繊維よりも引張強度の高い繊維がPPS繊維である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り免震装置。
