Description
一般的な炭素鋼を素地鋼板にし、上記素地鋼板に、バインダーとしてポリウレタン樹脂を含む高分子樹脂組成物に1重量%のグラフェンが含まれた溶液をバーコーター(Bar−coater)でコーティングした後、上記コーティングされた素地鋼板を熱風加熱方式で乾燥させながら、上記素地鋼板の下部に−200、0または+200Vの電圧を印加して表面処理された鋼板を製造した。
Claims (7)
- 素地鋼板、及び
前記素地鋼板の上部のグラフェンを含有する高分子樹脂層
を含み、
前記グラフェンは、前記素地鋼板と前記高分子樹脂層の界面に凝縮された層状または板状(sheet)で存在するか、前記高分子樹脂層の表層に凝縮された層状または板状(sheet)で存在する、表面処理鋼板。 - 前記グラフェンを含有する高分子樹脂層は、平均厚さが0.5〜5.0μmである、請求項1に記載の表面処理鋼板。
- 前記グラフェンを含有する高分子樹脂層は、高分子樹脂組成物及び0.01〜20重量%のグラフェンを含む組成物からなり、
前記高分子樹脂組成物は、
バインダー樹脂としてウレタン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エステル樹脂及びオレフィン樹脂からなる群より選択される1種または2種以上を全樹脂組成物の重量部に対して10〜90重量部、及び、
残部として水
を含む、請求項1に記載の表面処理鋼板。 - 素地鋼板を用意する段階と、
前記素地鋼板の上部にグラフェンを含有する高分子樹脂組成物をコーティングする段階と、
前記コーティングされた素地鋼板を乾燥及び硬化してグラフェンを含有する高分子樹脂層を形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記乾燥する際、前記コーティングされた素地鋼板の下部に−200〜200V(0は除く)の電圧を印加して、前記グラフェンが前記素地鋼板と前記高分子樹脂層の界面に凝縮された層状または板状(sheet)で存在するか、前記高分子樹脂層の表層に凝縮された層状または板状(sheet)で存在するようにする、表面処理鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記グラフェンを含有する高分子樹脂組成物は、
バインダー樹脂としてウレタン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、エステル樹脂及びオレフィン樹脂からなる群より選択される1種または2種以上を全樹脂組成物の重量部に対して10〜90重量部、及び、残部として水を含む高分子樹脂組成物、並びに、
0.01〜20重量%のグラフェン
を含む、請求項4に記載の表面処理鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥する際、前記コーティングされた素地鋼板の下部に−200〜0未満Vの電圧を印加してから硬化させて、前記グラフェンが高分子樹脂層内で高分子樹脂層の表層に凝縮された層状または板状(sheet)で存在するようにする、請求項4に記載の表面処理鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥する際、前記コーティングされた素地鋼板の下部に0超〜+200Vの電圧を印加してから硬化させて、前記グラフェンが高分子樹脂層内で前記素地鋼板と前記高分子樹脂層の界面に凝縮された層状または板状(sheet)で存在するようにする、請求項4に記載の表面処理鋼板の製造方法。
