c.中空の圧力補償体(7)及びシール材(9)が、前記第1の板材(1)と前記第2の板材(2)との間の外側の板材間空間(12)に配置されており、前記圧力補償体(7)は、外周を取り囲む外壁(16a)と、前記圧力補償体(7)内に固定された、気体を透過させかつ蒸気拡散を防止するダイアフラム(8)とを有し、かつ、弁も可動部も含んでおらず、
d.前記圧力補償体(7)は前記孔開口(6)を介して前記スペーサ(3)と連通されており、かつ、前記孔開口(6)と前記圧力補償体(7)の外壁(16a)との間には封止手段(11)が配置されており、

- 請求項1から12までのいずれか一項記載の、圧力補償体を有する断熱ガラス窓を製造するための方法であって、
a.二つの平行に延在する板材接触壁(5a,5b)と、外側壁(5c)と、ガラス窓内側壁(5d)とを有する中空の基体(5)を備えたスペーサ(3)を用意し、
b.前記スペーサ(3)に、前記外側壁(5c)を貫通する孔開口(6)を設け、
c.前記スペーサ(3)を、接着層(10)と共に、第1の板材(1)と第2の板材(2)との間に配置し、
d.気体透過性及び蒸気拡散防止性のダイアフラム(8)がその中に固定されている、中空の圧力補償体(7)を、前記孔開口(6)の中に、又は、前記孔開口(6)に接するように、前記第1の板材(1)と第2の板材(2)との間で固定し、
前記圧力補償体(7)の外壁(16a)と前記孔開口(6)との間に、封止手段(11)を配置し、
e.前記中空の圧力補償体(7)を収容する、前記第1の板材(1)と前記第2の板材(2)との間の、外側の板材間空間(12)に、シール材(9)を充填する、
方法。 - 前記中空の圧力補償体(7)は、取り外し可能なキャップ(14)を有する、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記中空の圧力補償体(7)は、前記取り外し可能なキャップ(14)として、ゴムキャップを有する、請求項14記載の方法。
- ステップe.の後に、前記キャップ(14)を取り外す、請求項14又は15記載の方法。
- 前記圧力補償体(7)と前記孔開口(6)との間に、ブチルテープを前記封止手段(11)として配置する、請求項13から16までのいずれか一項記載の方法。
