図1は本発明に係るポジショナの一実施の形態を示す外観斜視図である。このポジショナ100(100A)は、その外郭が流線型形状とされ、これまでにない特徴的な外観デザインとされている。
以上、実施の形態を参照して本発明を説明したが、本発明は上記の実施の形態に限定されるものではない。本発明の構成や詳細には、本発明の技術思想の範囲内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。
Claims (3)
- 入力される電気信号を空気圧信号に変換して調節弁を駆動するポジショナにおいて、
前記電気信号を処理する電気回路モジュールと、
前記電気回路モジュールによって処理された電気信号を空気圧信号に変換する電空変換器と、
前記電気回路モジュールおよび前記電空変換器を内部空間に収容する防爆容器と、
前記防爆容器の外部に設置され、前記電空変換器によって変換された空気圧信号を増幅する空気圧増幅器とを備え、
前記防爆容器は、
前記内部空間の周囲を囲む容器の内壁面と外壁面との間の厚み部に前記空気圧増幅器に送り込まれる空気および前記空気圧増幅器から送り出される空気の流路および捨て孔が形成され、
前記空気の流路は、
前記厚み部の前記内壁面側の領域に設けられ、
前記捨て孔は、
前記厚み部の前記外壁面側の領域に設けられ、
前記防爆容器の内壁面は、
前記内部空間の周囲を囲む円形の壁面とされ、
前記空気の流路のうち少なくとも1つは、
その全部が前記防爆容器の内壁面に沿った円弧状の流路とされている
ことを特徴とするポジショナ。 - 請求項1に記載されたポジショナにおいて、
前記空気の流路は、
急に曲がる部分、断面積急変部分、小断面積部分等流路抵抗が大きい部分の前或いは後方に流路抵抗を低減させるレゾネータが設けられている
ことを特徴とするポジショナ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載されたポジショナにおいて、
前記防爆容器の外壁面は、
前記ポジショナの外郭の一部とされ、前記捨て孔の流路の外壁の一部にもなり、
前記ポジショナの外郭は、
流線型或いは球状の曲面を多用された形状とされている
ことを特徴とするポジショナ。
