Description
(a)アプリケーション層

3層の通信モデル、最初に通信層は、エラー検知、エラー訂正、識別認証、衝突回避などの機能をもたらす。こうした機能は、無線認識読取装置を無線認識タグと通信可能にするためのプロトコルの一部であるため、自動であると考えられ得る。
無線認識タグは、たとえば試薬容器、たとえば試料管など試料容器、マイクロプレート内などに取り付けられる、または成形されてよい。最初の製造情報は、通常、無線認識タグ内にプログラム化される。保管および搬送情報(たとえばロジスティックス)は、通常、無線認識タグ内の前のデータに連結される。
Claims (13)
- 底部に配置された第1の無線認識タグを有する第1の容器内の液体生物試料または液体試薬を、複数の固定アンテナを有する無線認識読取装置の第1のアンテナの上方位置に移動させることと、
生物試料または液体試薬に関する保管情報を入手するために、第1のアンテナを介して第1の容器上の第1の無線認識タグに問い合わせすることと、
保管情報を保管条件と比較することと、
保管情報が保管条件を満たさない場合は第1の容器を拒絶し、保管情報が保管条件を満たす場合は第1の容器を受け入れることと、
第1のアンテナを介して、第1の更新情報を第1の無線認識タグに書き込むこととを備え、
第1の更新情報が、吸引装置の先端によって持ち越された材料による液体生物試料または液体試薬の潜在的汚染または希釈を含む、方法。 - 第1の容器が受け入れられた場合、第1の容器からの生物試料または試薬を使用して自動分析を実施することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 分析が、自動免疫学的検定分析器、自動臨床化学分析器、自動血液分析器、自動核酸分析器、自動スライドプロセッシング装置、および自動タンパク質分析器の少なくとも1つによって実施される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 第1の無線認識タグから第1の読み取り情報を入手するために、第1のアンテナを介して第1の無線認識タグに問い合わせすることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の容器が、生物試料を有する試料容器であり、第1の読み取り情報が、生物試料に関連付けられた患者のデモグラフィックデータ、生物試料が入手された年月日、生物試料に実施される試験、生物試料のタイプ、および第1の容器のタイプ、の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の容器が、液体試薬を有する試薬容器であり、第1の読み取り情報が、較正データ、試薬のロット番号、試薬のシリアル番号、試薬に関連付けられた成分の識別子、試薬に関連付けられた分析の識別子、試薬の有効期限、試薬のキットサイズ、およびパッケージ挿入情報、の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 第1の無線認識タグは、吸引/分注装置が第1の容器から液体を吸引あるいは第1の容器内に液体を分注している間に第1の読み取り情報を入手するように、第1のアンテナによって問い合わせされる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 底部に配置された第2の無線認識タグを有する第2の容器内の液体生物試料または液体試薬を、複数の固定アンテナの内の第2のアンテナの上方位置に移動させることと、
第2の無線認識タグから第2の読み取り情報を入手するために、第2のアンテナを介して第2の無線認識タグに問い合わせすることとをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 第1の無線認識タグおよび第2の無線認識タグが、第1の読み取り情報および第2の読み取り情報を同時に入手するように、問い合わせされる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第1の容器が、生物試料を有する試料容器であり、第1の更新情報が、生物試料に実施される遠心分離操作、生物試料に実施される吸引操作、生物試料の温度条件、および生物試料の凍結融解条件、の少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の容器が、液体試薬を有する試薬容器であり、第1の更新情報が、残存する試験の数、試薬の搭載時における有効期限、および試薬に実施される吸引操作、の少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 底部に配置された第2の無線認識タグを有する第2の容器内の液体生物試料または液体試薬を、複数の固定アンテナの内の第2のアンテナの上方位置に移動させることと、
第2のアンテナを介して第2の更新情報を第2の無線認識タグに書き込むこととをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 第2の更新情報が、第1の更新情報とは違うものである、請求項12に記載の方法。
