Description
主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2 O3 換算で25.0〜49.8モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で5.0〜14.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で0〜40.0モル%、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成されており、
前記主成分100重量%に対して、副成分として、酸化珪素をSiO2 換算で0.2〜5.0重量%、酸化ビスマスをBi2 O3 換算で0.10〜3.00重量%、酸化コバルトをCo3 O4 換算で0.10〜3.00重量%、含有することを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、本発明の一実施形態に係る積層型インダクタ1は、素子2と端子電極3とを有する。素子2は、フェライト層4を介してコイル導体5が3次元的かつ螺旋状に形成されたグリーンの積層体を焼成して得られる。フェライト層4は、本発明の一実施形態に係るフェライト組成物で構成してある。素子2の両端に端子電極3を形成し、引出電極5a、5bを介して端子電極3と接続することで積層型インダクタ1が得られる。素子2の形状に特に制限はないが、通常、直方体状とされる。また、その寸法にも特に制限はなく、用途に応じて適当な寸法とすればよい。
まず、主成分の原料として、Fe2 O3 、NiO、CuO、そして酸化亜鉛を含有する場合にはZnOを準備した。副成分の原料として、SiO2 、Bi2 O3 、Co3 O4 を準備した。
得られたトロイダルコアサンプルについて、焼成後の焼結体の寸法および重量から、焼結密度を算出した。本実施例では、焼結密度5.0Mg/m3 以上を良好とした。また、焼結密度が5.0Mg/m3 に満たないサンプルについては、他の特性評価を行うに値しないと判断し、以下の特性評価を省略した。
キュリー温度の測定は、JIS―C―2560―1に基づき行った。本実施例では、キュリー温度が125℃以上であるか否かで評価した。キュリー温度が125℃未満のサンプルについては、インダクタの使用温度において不都合があるという理由から、他の特性評価を行うに値しないと判断し、以下の特性評価を省略した。
焼結密度およびキュリー温度が良好なサンプルに、銅線ワイヤを、1次側を20ターン、2次側を7ターン巻きつけ、B―Hアナライザ(岩通計測株式会社 B―H ANALYZER SY―8218)およびアンプ(株式会社エヌエフ回路設計ブロック HIGH SPEED BIPORLAR AMPLIFIER HSA 4101―IW)を使用して、透磁率μおよびQ値を測定した。測定条件としては、測定周波数1MHz、測定温度25℃、外部磁界100A/m、200A/m印加とした。さらに、測定したQ値より、外部磁界を100A/mから200A/mに上昇させた場合のQの低下率を算出した。
表1の試料番号28と表2の試料番号41〜43について、H=100A/m、200A/m以外の外部磁界(H=20〜400A/m)でQ値を測定した結果を図5にまとめた。外部磁界以外は実施例1と同様にして測定した。なお、試料番号41は従来型の無添加材、試料番号42は従来型のCo添加材、試料番号43は従来型のSiBi添加材に対応する。
表1の試料番号37について、STEM 日立超薄膜評価装置HD―2000を用いてEDX元素マッピングの方法で構造解析を行った。結果を図6(A)〜図6(C)に記載した。図6(A)はBi、図6(B)はSi、図6(C)はCoの濃度分布を示す。白い部分が、各元素の濃度が比較的高い部分である。

- 主成分が、酸化鉄をFe2 O3 換算で25.0〜49.8モル%、酸化銅をCuO換算で7.0〜11.0モル%、酸化亜鉛をZnO換算で0〜40.0モル%、残部が酸化ニッケルで構成されており、
前記主成分100重量%に対して、副成分として、酸化珪素をSiO2 換算で1.2〜5.0重量%、酸化ビスマスをBi2 O3 換算で0.10〜3.00重量%、酸化コバルトをCo3 O4 換算で0.20〜2.00重量%、含有するフェライト組成物で構成され、
外部磁界が100A/mである場合の透磁率μおよび外部磁界が200A/mである場合の透磁率μが80以下であり、
