Claims (7)
- 並列に接続される少なくとも二つ以上のインバータを制御するための制御装置において、
前記少なくとも二つ以上のインバータで一つの同期信号を共有して運転情報を各々伝送する制御部と、
前記少なくとも二つ以上のインバータの出力電流を各々検出する検出部と、
前記少なくとも二つ以上のインバータに各々前記制御部の運転情報を伝送する少なくとも二つ以上のインターフェース部と、を含み、
各前記インターフェース部は、
前記制御部から伝送される電気信号を光信号に変換して前記インバータに伝達して、前記インバータから受信される光信号を電気信号に変換して前記制御部に伝達し、
前記制御部は、前記インターフェースを介して各々の前記インバータに同期信号を共有する運転情報を同時に伝送し、前記検出部により検出される各々の前記インバータの出力電流の誤差に対して比例積分(PI)制御を行うことを特徴とする、制御装置。 - 前記運転情報は、電圧指令及び運転指令を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、
前記少なくとも二つ以上のインターフェース部に所定通信方式によって前記運転情報を伝送することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。 - 前記所定通信方式は、制御領域ネットワーク(CAN)方式であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 各々のインバータは、
前記運転情報によりパルス幅変調(PWM)波形を生成する複数のセル制御部と、
前記複数のセル制御部各々に接続されて、前記PWM波形によりモータに提供する電圧を生成する複数のパワーセルと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記セル制御部は、接続されたパワーセルのデータを前記制御部に伝送することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の制御装置。
- 前記パワーセルのデータは、前記パワーセルの出力電流、DC−リンク電圧、及びトリップ情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の制御装置。
