Claims (1)
- 1つの相の構成する複数の単位電力セルが直列に接続され、3相の電圧を電動機に出力するマルチレベルインバータであって、
前記複数の単位電力セルにそれぞれ配置され、前記複数の単位電力セルの出力電流をそれぞれ検出する複数の電流センサ、及び、
前記複数の単位電力セルの出力電流を受信し、前記単位電力セルに電圧基準情報を送信するマスター制御部を含み、
前記複数の単位電力セルの各々は、
入力されるAC電圧をDC電圧に整流する整流部、
前記整流部の出力電圧を平滑するDCリンクコンデンサ、
パルス幅変調(PWM)信号により、前記DCリンクコンデンサのDC電圧をAC電圧に変換して電動機に出力し、2つの絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタ(IGBT)が直列に連結される第1変換部及び他の2つの絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタが直列に連結され前記第1変換部と並列に連結される第2変換部を具備するインバータ部、
前記第1変換部の第1出力端に配置され、前記第1出力端の出力電流を検出して前記マスター制御部に出力する第1電流センサ、
前記第2変換部の第2出力端に配置され、前記第2出力端の出力電流を検出して前記マスター制御部に出力する第2電流センサ、及び、
前記マスター制御部から受信した前記電圧基準情報に応じて、前記パルス幅変調信号を生成するセル制御部を含み、
前記マスター制御部と前記セル制御部は、光通信を介して連結され、
前記第1電流センサ及び前記第2電流センサは、電圧型電流センサを含み、
前記第1電流センサ及び前記第2電流センサは、前記複数の電流センサに含まれることを特徴とするマルチレベルインバータ。
