Claims (21)
- 使用中の創腔との連通のために局所陰圧ドレッシングとともに使用するためのポート部材であって、前記ポート部材は:
接着剤が付与されたベース部分であって、前記接着剤は、前記ポート部材の前記ベース部分を、前記局所陰圧ドレッシングの密封膜の上面に取り付けるよう構成されている、ベース部分と;
前記密封膜の上面に取り付けられた前記ポート部材と前記創腔を覆う前記密封膜とをともに使用する際に、前記密封膜に形成された孔を介して前記創腔と連通するよう構成された、前記ベース部分における開口と;
前記ベース部分に略平行に延在する、前記ポート部材内の通路であって、前記通路の幅は前記ベース部分の外径より小さく、かつ前記ベース部分に隣接する、通路と;
前記創腔へ空気をブリードするよう構成された空気ブリードであって、前記空気ブリードは、前記開口から側方に偏移された位置に配置される空気入口を備える、空気ブリードと;
を備えることを特徴とするポート部材。 - 前記ベース部分の上方かつ前記開口の上方に設けられるボディ部分をさらに備え、前記ボディ部分は、真空を発生できる空間を規定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 前記ボディ部分はドーム形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポート部材。
- 前記空気ブリードは、使用時に前記創腔と連通する第1の端部と、前記創腔から離間される第2の端部とを有する管路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 前記空気ブリードは、前記ポート部材内の前記通路と連通する第1の端部と、前記通路から離間される第2の端部と、を有する空気ブリード通路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 前記空気入口は、前記ポート部材の上部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 前記空気ブリードは、前記空気入口に配置されるフィルタ要素を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 前記フィルタ要素は、前記ポート部材の上部より下に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のポート部材。
- 前記通路を吸引管路に接続するよう構成された接続部分をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 近位端と遠位端とを有する吸引管路をさらに備えており、前記吸引管路の近位端は、前記接続部分を介して前記ポート部材と接続可能であり、前記吸引管路の遠位端は、使用時に前記吸引管路を通じて前記創腔に真空を提供するために真空源と流体連通するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のポート部材。
- 前記吸引管路は、前記ポート部材に接続される場合、前記ポート部材から、前記ベース部分に略平行な方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のポート部材。
- 前記ポート部材は、軟質プラスチック材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポート部材。
- 使用中の創腔との連通のために局所陰圧ドレッシングとともに使用するためのポート部材であって、前記ポート部材は:
前記局所陰圧ドレッシングに対して略平行な方向に取り付けられるよう構成されたベース部分であって、前記ドレッシングの上面に前記ベース部分を取り付けるための接着剤を有する、ベース部分と;
使用時に、前記ドレッシングに形成された穴を通じて前記創腔と連通するよう構成された、ベース部分における開口と;
真空を発生できる空間を規定する、ベース部分における開口の上に形成された隆起部分であって、前記空間内に創傷浸出物を吸引するよう集めることができる、隆起部分と;
前記ベース部分に略平行に延在する、隆起部分内の通路であって、前記開口に対してより近接して配置される近位端と、前記開口からより離間されるよう配置される遠位端と、を有し、かつ前記ベース部分に隣接する、通路と;
前記通路の前記遠位端における接続部分であって、吸引管路への接続のために構成された、接続部分と;
前記創腔に空気をブリードするよう構成された空気ブリードであって、前記接続部分と前記開口との間に配置された空気入口を備える空気ブリードと;
を備えることを特徴とするポート部材。 - 前記空気入口を覆うよう設けられるフィルタ要素をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
- 前記フィルタ要素は、前記ポート部材の上部より下に配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のポート部材。
- 前記空気ブリードは、前記通路と連通する第1の端部と、前記通路から離間される第2の端部とを有する空気ブリード通路を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
- 前記接続部分は、前記吸引管路が前記接続部分から前記ベース部分に略平行な方向に延在するように、前記吸引管路に接続するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
- 前記通路は、前記局所陰圧ドレッシングに対して略平行方向に、前記開口から離れて側方に延在していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
- 前記空気入口は、前記開口から横方向に離間されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
- 前記接着剤を保護するよう構成された紙層またはフィルム層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
- 前記ベース部分および前記隆起部分は、軟質プラスチック材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポート部材。
