Description
Claims (3)
- 電気手術システムであって、
開放状態と、組織を掴むことができる閉止状態との間で互いに関して移動可能である第1のジョーおよび第2のジョーを有する把持手段であって、前記第1のジョーに配置され、かつ、エネルギー供給手段の第1出力に取付可能な第1電極を有し、前記第2のジョーに配置され、かつ、前記エネルギー供給手段の第2出力に選択的に取付可能な第3電極を有し、前記第3電極は前記第1電極から電気的に分離されている、ところの把持手段と、
前記エネルギー供給手段の前記第2出力に選択的に取付可能な第2電極を有するスネアと、
前記第2電極または前記第3電極を前記エネルギー供給手段の前記第2出力へ選択的に接続するスイッチング回路であって、前記スイッチング回路は、少なくとも第1および第2の位置の間で切替可能であり、(i)前記スイッチング回路が第1の位置にあるとき、前記把持手段および前記スネアは双極電気手術システムとして動作することが可能であり、前記スイッチング回路は、前記第2電極を前記エネルギー供給手段の前記第2出力に接続し、(ii)前記スイッチング回路が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記スイッチング回路は、前記第2電極を前記エネルギー供給手段の前記第2出力から切り離し、前記スイッチング回路が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記把持手段が双極把持手段として動作するように、前記スイッチング回路は、前記エネルギー供給手段の前記第2出力を前記第3電極に接続するところのスイッチング回路と
を備える電気手術システム。 - 患者の皮膚に取付可能なパッチ電極をさらに備え、
前記スイッチング回路は、第3の位置に切替可能であり、前記スイッチング回路が前記第3位置にあるとき、前記把持手段が単極把持手段として動作するように、前記スイッチング回路は、前記エネルギー供給手段の前記第2出力を前記パッチ電極に接続する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気手術システム。 - 前記第1のジョーおよび前記第2のジョーは、前記把持手段が、自分自身を前記組織に固定することができるように、互いの方向へバネバイアスされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気手術システム。
