Description
Claims (9)
- 近位端および遠位端を有するプローブと、
前記プローブの前記遠位端に近接し、ギャップにより互いに隔てられ、前記プローブの前記遠位端の双極の表面電極と、
前記プローブの前記遠位端から遠位方向に伸長し、第1および第2スネア電極を有する、双極スネアであって、前記双極スネアは、少なくとも一方の前記スネア電極の近位端に接続された持手部を含み、前記持手部は、除去すべき有茎性組織構造体のステムの一部の回りで、前記双極スネアを締め付けるべく、ユーザにより操作され、ところの双極スネアと、
前記電気手術装置を双極エネルギーソースに接続する第1および第2端子と、
前記第1および第2端子を、前記双極の表面電極、および、前記第1および第2スネア電極に接続する回路と、
を備え、
前記回路は、前記第1および第2端子を、前記双極の表面電極のそれぞれの近位端、または、前記第1および第2スネア電極のそれぞれの近位端に接続し、
前記回路は、前記第1端子を、(i)前記双極の表面電極の第1の近位端、または、(ii)前記第1スネア電極の近位端に、選択的に接続する第1リレーを有する、
ことを特徴とする電気手術装置。 - 前記双極スネアは、前記第1および第2スネア電極のそれぞれの遠位端の間に配置された電気的絶縁部材を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記双極の表面電極の間には電気的絶縁材料が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記双極電極は、第1の表面電極および、前記ギャップにより前記第1の表面電極から隔てられた第2の表面電極を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記第1の表面電極および前記第2の表面電極は、電気的導体材料からなるストリップであり、前記プローブの前記遠位端で交互に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記第1の表面電極および前記第2の表面電極は、前記プローブの前記遠位端の回りで、二重螺旋に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記回路は、前記第2端子を、前記双極の表面電極の他方の近位端または前記第2のスネア電極の近位端に、選択的に接続する第2リレーをさらに有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記第1リレーは、前記第1端子を、前記双極の表面電極の一方の近位端に接続し、同時に、前記第2リレーは、前記第2端子を、前記双極の表面電極の他方の近位端に接続する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気手術装置。
- 前記第2端子は、前記双極の表面電極の他方の近位端および前記第2のスネア電極の近位端に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気手術装置。
