Claims (9)
- ポリマーが溶媒に溶解している溶液をノズルの先端から送り出し、前記溶液とコレクタとの間に電圧を印加し、前記溶液から前記コレクタにファイバを噴出するナノファイバ製造方法において、
前記ノズルと前記コレクタとの間に挿入され前記ファイバを受ける挿入位置と、前記挿入位置から退避して前記ノズルからの前記ファイバを前記コレクタに向けて噴出させる退避位置との間で、遮蔽部材を移動自在に配し、
前記遮蔽部材が前記挿入位置の状態で、前記ノズルと前記遮蔽部材との間に電圧を印加するナノファイバ製造方法。 - 前記ファイバの製造中は前記遮蔽部材が前記退避位置の状態になり、前記ファイバの製造の開始及び終了の際に前記遮蔽部材が前記挿入位置の状態になる請求項1記載のナノファイバ製造方法。
- 前記遮蔽部材は、前記ファイバの噴出エリアに先端が到達した状態で電圧が印加され、前記噴出エリアから先端が抜けた状態で電圧の印加が停止される請求項1または2記載のナノファイバ製造方法。
- 前記溶液と前記遮蔽部材との間で電圧を印加した状態では、前記溶液と前記コレクタとの間の電圧の印加が停止される請求項3記載のナノファイバ製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーはセルロース系ポリマーである請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のナノファイバ製造方法。
- ポリマーが溶媒に溶解している溶液をノズルの先端から送り出し、前記溶液とコレクタとの間に電圧を印加し、前記溶液から前記コレクタにファイバを噴出するナノファイバ製造装置において、
前記ノズルと前記コレクタとの間に挿入され前記ファイバを受ける挿入位置と、前記挿入位置から退避して前記ノズルからの前記ファイバを前記コレクタに向けて噴出させる退避位置との間で移動自在に配され、前記挿入位置の状態で、前記ノズルとの間に電圧が印加される遮蔽部材を備えるナノファイバ製造装置。 - 前記ファイバの製造中は前記遮蔽部材が前記退避位置の状態になり、前記ファイバの製造の開始及び終了の際に前記遮蔽部材が前記挿入位置の状態になる請求項6記載のナノファイバ製造装置。
- 前記遮蔽部材は、前記ファイバの噴出エリアに先端が到達した時に電圧が印加され、前記噴出エリアから先端が抜ける時に電圧の印加が停止される請求項6又は7記載のナノファイバ製造装置。
- 前記溶液と前記遮蔽部材との間で電圧を印加した状態では、前記溶液と前記コレクタとの間の電圧の印加が停止される請求項8記載のナノファイバ製造装置。
