Claims (2)
- 内燃機関の排ガス中の粒子状物質をフィルタによって捕集し、当該捕集した粒子状物質を燃焼させることで当該フィルタを再生する内燃機関の排ガス浄化装置であって、
前記フィルタにおける前記粒子状物質の堆積量であるスート堆積量を取得するスート堆積量取得手段と、
前記フィルタを再生するための再生制御を実行する再生制御実行手段と、
当該再生制御の実行中における前記粒子状物質の燃焼速度を推定する燃焼速度推定手段と、
前記再生制御の実行中、前記推定された燃焼速度が所定速度以下である状態の発生時間の総和が所定時間以上になった場合において、前記スート堆積量が所定値未満のときに、前記再生制御を終了する再生終了手段と、
前記再生制御の実行中、前記推定された燃焼速度が前記所定速度以下である状態の発生時間の総和が前記所定時間以上になった場合において、前記スート堆積量が前記所定値以上のときに、前記再生制御を一時的に中断する再生中断手段と、
前記再生制御が一時的に中断されている場合において、前記フィルタの状態が当該再生制御を再開すべき状態にあるか否かを判定する再生再開判定手段と、
当該再生再開判定手段の判定結果に基づき、前記フィルタの状態が前記再生制御を再開すべき状態にあるときに、当該再生制御を再開する再生再開手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の排ガス浄化装置。 - 内燃機関の排ガス中のNOx及びSOxの一方である所定酸化物を排ガス浄化触媒によって捕捉し、当該捕捉した所定酸化物を還元することで当該排ガス浄化触媒から除去する内燃機関の排ガス浄化装置であって、
前記排ガス浄化触媒における前記所定酸化物の捕捉量である酸化物捕捉量を取得する酸化物捕捉量取得手段と、
前記排ガス浄化触媒から前記所定酸化物を除去するための除去制御を実行する除去制御実行手段と、
当該除去制御の実行中における前記所定酸化物の除去速度を推定する除去速度推定手段と、
前記除去制御の実行中、前記推定された除去速度が所定速度以下である状態の発生時間の総和が所定時間以上になった場合において、前記酸化物捕捉量が所定値未満のときに、前記除去制御を終了する除去終了手段と、
前記除去制御の実行中、前記推定された除去速度が前記所定速度以下である状態の発生時間の総和が前記所定時間以上になった場合において、前記酸化物捕捉量が前記所定値以上のときに、前記除去制御を一時的に中断する除去中断手段と、
前記除去制御が一時的に中断されている場合において、前記排ガス浄化触媒の状態が当該除去制御を再開すべき状態にあるか否かを判定する除去再開判定手段と、
当該除去再開判定手段の判定結果に基づき、前記排ガス浄化触媒の状態が前記除去制御を再開すべき状態にあるときに、当該除去制御を再開する除去再開手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の排ガス浄化装置。
