Description
金型の型開閉を行なうサーボモータと、該サーボモータの実測トルク値を検出するトル
ク値検出手段とを備え、
前記サーボモータを駆動し、型閉工程として、高速型閉工程、低圧型閉工程、高圧型閉
工程を順に行なう射出成形機において、
前記低圧型閉工程中に型開側で発生する前記サーボモータの実測トルク値が0よりも下
において、下降から上昇に転じる変化が生じたときに、当該下降から上昇に転じた位置に
おける予め設定した所定の正常値の範囲以外の数値に実測トルク値が変化したことを、前
記金型間に異物が存在するとして判定する異常判定手段を備え、該異常判定手段で異物が
あるとして判定されたときに前記サーボモータを停止させるサーボモータ停止手段を備え
たことを特徴とする射出成形機。

Claims (1)
- 金型の型開閉を行なうサーボモータと、該サーボモータの実測トルク値を検出するトル
ク値検出手段とを備え、
前記サーボモータを駆動し、型閉工程として、高速型閉工程、低圧型閉工程、高圧型閉
工程を順に行なう射出成形機において、
前記低圧型閉工程中に型開側で発生する前記サーボモータの実測トルク値が0よりも下
において、下降から上昇に転じる変化が生じたときに、当該下降から上昇に転じた位置に
おける予め設定した所定の正常値の範囲以外の数値に実測トルク値が変化したことを、前
記金型間に異物が存在するとして判定する異常判定手段を備え、該異常判定手段で異物が
あるとして判定されたときに前記サーボモータを停止させるサーボモータ停止手段を備え
たことを特徴とする射出成形機。
