Description
(実施例1)
SUS304のシートを公知の浸漬脱脂および電解脱脂を行い、次に、5%塩酸水溶液に浸漬して活性化処理を施した後、水洗後、シアン化銅めっき液にてストライク銅めっきを実施した。水洗後、ピロ燐酸銅めっき液にて電流密度4A/dm2の条件で銅の皮膜を10μm形成した。水洗後、ヨウ化カリウム15g/L、液温25℃の水溶液に浸漬し、対極にカーボンを用いて、0.1A/dm2の条件で正電位を印加し、銅めっき表面に抗ウイルス性を有するCuIの薄膜を形成した。
ガラス繊維で平織された織物を1.0質量%のシランカップリング剤(信越化学工業(株)製、KBM903)を含んだメタノールに浸漬し、その後、100℃で乾燥することでガラス繊維織物の表面にアミノ基を導入した。次に、アミノ基を導入したガラス繊維織物を1.0質量%の塩化パラジウム水溶液に浸漬し、その後、25℃に加温した無電解銅めっき液(メルテックス(株)製、CU-390)に浸漬し、1.0μmの銅めっきを施した。次に、ピロ燐酸銅めっき液にて電流密度4A/dm2の条件で銅の皮膜を10μm形成して水洗後、ヨウ化カリウム15g/L、液温25℃の水溶液に浸漬し、対極にカーボンを用いて、0.1A/dm2の条件で正電位を印加し、銅めっき表面に抗ウイルス性を有するCuIの薄膜を形成した。
実施例1で用いたSUS304のシートを実施例1と同様の条件で前処理とストライク銅めっきを施し、次に、光沢ニッケルめっき液にて5Vの直流電圧を印加して5μmのニッケルめっき皮膜を形成した。その後水洗し、硫酸銅0.4mol/Lと乳酸3.0mol/Lを含むpH10で60℃に加温した水溶液に浸漬し、対極に白金を被覆したチタンメッシュ、参照極に銀/塩化銀電極を用い、電源としてポテンショスタットを用いて、3極方式にて-0.45Vの負電位を印加することで10μmの抗ウイルス性を有するCu2Oの皮膜を形成した。
市販の光触媒微粒子(エコデバイス株式会社製、BA−PW25)をメタノールに5.0重量%分散してpHを1.5に塩酸で調製した後、ビーズミルにより平均粒子径18nmに粉砕分散した。得られた光触媒微粒子分散液の固形分をメタノールで0.05質量%に希釈し、希釈した光触媒分散液を実施例1、3で得られた抗ウイルス性を有する部材の表面に塗布し、その後、120℃で20分間乾燥することで光触媒ナノ粒子が点在してなる抗ウイルス性部材を得た。尚、実施例1、3で得られた部材から作製した抗ウイルス部材は4-1、4-3とした。
実施例1で用いたSUS304のシートをそのまま用いて抗ウイルス性を評価した。
実施例2で用いたガラス繊維性織物をそのまま用いて抗ウイルス性を評価した。
市販の酸化銅(I)粉末(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を乾式粉砕により、平均粒子径450nmの微粒子を作成した。エタノール中に、酸化銅(I)微粒子が2質量%、バインダーとしてテトラメトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−04)1質量%となるように調整を行った。その後、ホモジナイザーで5分間プレ分散を行いスラリーを作製した。実施例1で用いたSUS304のシートに、作製したスラリーをスプレーガンを用いて塗布した後、120℃で10分間乾燥することで、抗ウイルス性を有する部材を作成した。
実施例1から3、比較例1、2、3の各サンプルの抗ウイルス性はウイルスを高精度で検出可能なプラーク法での感染価測定で行った。エンベロープウイルスとしてインフルエンザウイルス(influenza A/北九州/159/93(H3N2))を、非エンベロープウイルスとしてノロウイルスの代替として一般的に使用されているネコカリシウイルス(feline calicivirus(F9株))を用いて実施した。用いた対象ウイルスは、インフルエンザウイルス((influenza A/北九州/159/93(H3N2))には、MDCK細胞を用いて培養し、ネコカリシウイルス(feline calicivirus(F9株))には、CRFK細胞を用いて培養した。各実施例および比較例のシート状サンプルは、4cm×4cmのサンプルをプラスチックシャーレにいれ、ウイルス液0.1 mLを滴下し、室温で60分間作用させた。このときサンプルの上面をPETフィルム(4cm×4cm)で覆うことで、ウイルス液とサンプルの接触面積を一定にした。また、各実施例および比較例の織物状サンプルは、4cm×4cmのサンプルを滅菌済みのバイアル瓶に入れ、ウイルス液0.1 mlを滴下し、室温で60分間作用させた。60分後、SCDLP培地を1900μl添加し、ピペッティングによりウイルスを洗い出した。その後、各反応サンプルが10-2〜10-5になるまでMEM希釈液にて希釈を行った(10倍段階希釈)。シャーレに培養したMDCK細胞又は、CRFK細胞にサンプル液100μLを接種した。60分間静置しウイルスを細胞へ吸着させた後、0.7%寒天培地を重層し、48時間、34℃、5%CO2インキュベータにて培養後、ホルマリン固定、メチレンブルー染色を行い形成されたプラーク数をカウントして、ウイルスの感染価(PFU/0.1mL,Log10);(PFU:plaque-forming units)を算出した。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- 第1の銅めっきにより、部材の表面に銅からなる第1皮膜を形成し、
前記第1の銅めっきとは異なる第2の銅めっきにより、前記第1皮膜の表面に銅からなる第2皮膜を形成して、前記第1皮膜と前記第2皮膜を含む銅の皮膜形成対象金属部を前記部材の表面に形成し、
前記皮膜形成対象金属部を有する前記部材を、ヨウ素イオンを含む電解液に浸漬し、前記皮膜形成対象金属部の表面に、電気化学的にCuIを析出させて抗ウイルス性皮膜を形成することを特徴とする抗ウイルス性を有する部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の銅めっきが、無電解銅めっきであり、
前記第2の銅めっきが、電解銅めっきであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗ウイルス性を有する部材の製造方法。 - 前記第1の銅めっきが、ストライク銅めっきであり、
前記第2の銅めっきが、電解銅めっきであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗ウイルス性を有する部材の製造方法。 - 前記抗ウイルス性皮膜の表面に光触媒を固定することを含む請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の抗ウイルス性を有する部材の製造方法。
