Claims (10)
- スタンド(11)と、前記スタンドに横方向に変位可能に取り付けられた一対のローラの支持体(17、18)用のフレーム(14、15)を備える一列の成形ステーション(12)とを備えるロール成形機であって、
垂直軸(I)周りを旋回させるために中間片(16)が各フレーム(14、15)に枢動可能に取り付けられ、一対のローラの2つの支持体(17、18)が各中間片に別々に横方向に変位可能に取り付けられ、
一対のローラの各支持体は成形ローラ(19、20;29、30)をそれぞれ支えるための2つのアクスルピン(21、22;31、32)を備え、一対のローラの前記2つの支持体はそれらの相対するアクスルピンを有する、ロール成形機。 - 前記中間片(16)は横方向に傾倒可能である、請求項1に記載のロール成形機。
- 少なくとも1つのフレーム(14)は、前記スタンド(11)に横方向に変位可能に取り付けられる下フレーム部分(50)に対して横方向に傾倒可能に取り付けられる上部分(15)を有し、前記中間片は、前記フレームの前記上部分(15)上に配置され、かつ、前記フレームの前記上部分(15)と共に横方向に傾倒可能である、請求項2に記載のロール成形機。
- 少なくとも1つのフレームの前記中間片(16)は、前記フレーム(14)に対して横方向に変位可能である、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のロール成形機。
- 一対のローラの前記支持体の前記アクスルピン(21、22;31、32)は垂直に移動可能である、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載のロール成形機。
- 少なくとも1つの成形ステーション(12)の一対のローラの各支持体(17、18)の前記アクスルピン(21、22;31、32)は、前記中間片(16)に取り付けられる一対のローラの他の支持体のアクスルピンから独立して、前記スタンド(11)に対して垂直に移動可能である、請求項5に記載のロール成形機。
- 前記中間片(16)上に配置された一対のローラの前記2つの支持体(17、18)の前記アクスルピン(21、22;31、32)は、互いに平行に伸長する、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のロール成形機。
- 前記ロール成形機の前記成形ステーション(12)全てにおいて、ステーションに属する部分は、相互に、かつ、前記スタンド(11)に対して同じ可動性を有する、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載のロール成形機。
- 相対する一対のローラ(19、20;29、30)を有する一列の前記成形ステーション(12)を通して薄板金属細片(35)を動かし、および、前記薄板金属細片を当該ローラ間で保持し、かつ、ローラ縁端部上で前記薄板金属細片を成形することによって前記薄板金属細片をロール成形する方法であって、
第2の成形ステーション(12)全てにおいて次第に2つの角度(41、42)がつけられ、第2の成形ステーション全てにおいて次第に2つの他の角度(43、44)がつけられる、ロール成形する方法。 - 前記薄板金属細片は、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載のロール成形機の前記成形ステーション(12)を通して動かされる、請求項9に記載の方法。
